The time has come for the voting for the infographic contest. There are some masterpieces in there, so don’t miss them.

Each person gets one vote in the ⁠# sr-polls channel of the Humanode Discord. Remember that you need to be a verified Human to vote, and unless you are a contestant, you would have needed to become a member before the contest began.

As for the voting, just select the one you like the most! The top 3 will win $50; one lucky winner will get the founder’s prize of $50; and the Humanode team will select up to 3 infographics to receive $10.

As a note, only 9 passed the initial screening, which was, honestly, quite shocking. Too many people used the wrong logo, or mistook Proof of Biometric Uniqueness with “Proof of Humanity”. There were quite a few other simple errors that rendered a decent infographic useless.

You have 72 hours to vote, so go and make your voice count!

Just a heads up for everyone staking in the WeHMND/USDC pool.

The current LP contract closes tomorrow, June 3rd, 2026, at block 18333390. And right as that block hits, the new LP pool opens on the new contract.

Same daily rewards of 14,400 WeHMND, same nonlinear model, and it carries on for another 6 months.

If you’re already in the old pool, the only thing you’ll need to do, once the new pool is launched, is move your LP tokens from the old contract to the new one. Rewards will simply continue there, and you’ll still be able to claim anything you earned up to the end of the previous pool.

If you’re staked in the previous pool, you’ll need to move your assets to the new one to continue earning rewards. No additional rewards will be issued to the previous pool, but you will still be able to claim the rewards you’ve already earned.

v0.2 of Vortex Alpha is live!

v0.1 helped test the core governance flow. v0.2 builds on that with a cleaner and more consistent interface across the app.

The new version has:

* clearer navigation for Governance, Institutions, and System
* redesigned Feed and Proposal cards
* updated Formation project cards with status, budget, milestones, and team info
* cleaner My Governance and Profile pages
* a simpler Invision dashboard for system health
* a new Fire theme, along with Sky, Light, and Night


Vortex is still in Alpha. v0.2 mainly focuses on making the app easier to move through, easier to read, and more consistent across pages.

Headless systems are hard to coordinate - most people default to letting someone else decide.

Crypto shows it clearly: concentrated control, collapsing turnout, and the instinct to pay people to vote. That mostly attracts participants without conviction.

Snapshot became the default because it's the easiest way to pretend governance exists. Real experiments get ignored.

Governance doesn't generate cashflow, so serious solutions usually arrive too late.

Dev Log #18 is live.

The major update is Initiatives.

Human Nodes now have persistent workspaces to organize governance work before it becomes a formal proposal. Each Initiative can have members, roles, boards, threads, chat, proposal links, and full provenance across Feed, profiles, and proposal surfaces.

This update also cleans up Feed routing, Invision status signals, and Formation credit timing.
