Imagine sitting on this beach. If you spent the entire time dwelling in the past or worrying about the future, instead of being immersed in the moment, where were you? Were you ever really there, or everywhere else but where you were?

Living in the now is not about being β€œpositive” and β€œhappy” all the time. It’s not about becoming detached or pacifistic. It’s about being connected, experiencing each and every moment as life unfolds. When something sad happens, cry. When something funny happens, laugh. When there's a threat, know when to stand your ground & when to retreat.

The present moment is the only one that exists. So, if you’re not living in the now, where are you? Some might say "detached from reality". Spending your life trapped in the past or catastrophising into the future will only lead to regret. A moment only comes once in a lifetime, each one as precious as the next. How many are you willing to throw away?

The sum of each moment is your life. Don't waste it.

Be present.

Hi everyone,

I know it's been a little while since I have posted, but I have been exceptionally busy working on a number of projects, in addition to having a much needed break from social media for a while. There's some exciting things on the horizon, which I will be announcing soon.

Here's a link to my most recent podcast where I spoke to Dr. Sara Fieschi from the Nutritional Therapy Association of Australia about the state of natural medicine, contagion and germ theory.

Enjoy!

Are these the most important experiments ever undertaken in the history of medicine?

During the height of the Spanish influenza pandemic of 1918/19, the U.S. Public Health Service and U.S. Navy performed 25 different experiments in the hopes of discovering how the illness spread. Despite exposing more than 160 healthy sailors to sick people and their bodily fluids, not a single participant developed the disease. These results cast considerable doubt over the claim that colds and flu are transmitted from person to person.

Over the last century, hundreds of similar experiments have failed to demonstrate the phenomenon of contagion. This is surprising given colds and flu are claimed to spread via β€˜fleeting contact’ with a sick person.

So, can you catch a cold?

"Can You Catch A Cold?" aims to answer this question by delving into the historical records, investigating past pandemics, exploring human psychology, and reviewing more than 200 contagion studies.

Not so long ago, humans were largely free from disease. It was not uncommon for people to enjoy a relatively healthful existence well into their 70’s, despite no access to β€˜modern medicine’.

In 1862, Diplomat William Palgrave, reported that β€œThe Arabs are a very healthy people and keep their strength and activity to an advanced age. It is no uncommon occurrence here to see an old man of seventy set out full armed among a band of youths”.

In 1883, Dr Gordon Hull served as the medical officer to an expedition through Arabia. He stated β€œThe diseases to which the Arabs are subject to are few, and if we accept those infectious diseases which come to them from without, such as cholera and small-pox, they appear to be a very healthy people”.

On her journey through Iran in 1892, Isabelle Bishop observed that β€œThe Bakhtiaris are a very healthy people. None of the dreadful diseases common among the Persians afflict them, and consumption seems unknown.

So, where did it all go wrong?

This was sent to me by a friend of mine taking a walk in Beijing.

An air quality index (AQI) of 50 or less is considered suitable for human exposure. Levels exceeding 150 are considered 'unhealthy' and can cause impaired lung function, cough, chest pain, and other respiratory symptoms.

When this photo was taken, the AQI was 180+, which is equivalent to smoking 5-6 cigarettes in a day.

What a crazy world we live in, where people choose to blame viruses, rather than air pollution, for their respiratory problems.

Insects do not attack healthy plants. The plant becomes sick first due to a lack of proper inputs (i.e., sunlight, water, food, soil, etc) or from being poisoned. Once the plant tissue has degraded past a certain point, insects come along to break down the plant (which is no longer viable), and return it to the soil.

This same principle applies to the human body. When our tissue loses its vitality, specific bacteria within our own microbiome proliferate to break down dead and dying tissue. Once this job is done, the bacteria then assist in regenerating new healthy tissue.

Tissue becomes diseased first, only then do the bacteria come along to clean up the mess. Microbes are not the cause of the problem.

Watch this recent paradigm shattering presentation by Entomologist Dr. Thomas Dykstra.

Dr. Dkystra has also appeared on the Humanley Podcast - Episode 60.

The Tismane of Bolivia, who I previously posted about here, are some of the healthiest people in the world. They are largely free from chronic disease, with many living well into their 80's and 90's. However, it's not just the Tsimane who have exceptional health and well being. There are dozens of native tribes across the world who enjoy an almost disease free existence, despite having very limited access to modern medicine.

Their secret? Living in relative harmony with nature, and being constantly connected to the elements (i.e. sunlight, earth, fresh air, and clean water). They eat off the land, are physically active, have limited interaction with the outside world, are exposed to far less toxic substances than those in the West, have meaning and purpose in their lives, and reside in close-knit communities.

This recent documentary gives an inside look into the Tsimane's way of life.

Today I’m speaking with Dr. Daniel Roytas, a clinician & ally who recently published the book, Can You Catch a Cold: Untold History & Human Experiments.

Dr. Roytas’ book is a rich, much-needed exploration that will support your intuition about your body’s wisdom & why you've never needed to fear contagion. 🌟

We explore…

πŸ‘‰The untold story of the historical divide between contagion & terrain-based understandings of human health 🌼

πŸ‘‰ Why do antibiotics β€œwork” if bacteria aren’t the problem? πŸ€”

πŸ‘‰ The flaws associated with germ theory 🚨

πŸ‘‰ How your level of psycho-emotional development determines the truths you accept πŸ€ͺ

πŸ‘‰ Why we collude with the rejection of bodies (and how this takes the shape of pharmaceutically assisted management & suppression of symptoms) πŸ₯€

Did you know, more than 1.7 billion people have asymptomatic tuberculosis infections?

How is it possible for one quarter of the world's population to harbour the alleged pathogenic bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, yet exhibit no symptoms?

Germ theory explains this anomaly away by stating that a 'strong immune system' affords protection against the pathogen. However, the majority of those with asymptomatic infections are some of the world's poorest. They live in squalor, are malnourished, have poor personal hygiene, and limited access to clean drinking water and medical care.

We are told all of these factors weaken the immune system. So, how can their immune systems be strong enough to protect them against such a highly infectious and lethal pathogen?

Maybe the simple answer is that bacteria are not the cause of disease?

Powerful stuff from Joe Dispenza.

I listened to this the other day. It's always good to be reminded that we can do all of the 'right' things to heal ourselves, but if we don't believe we can, then we won't.
