On Thursday the 28th of March I had a book launch for Can You Catch A Cold?: Untold History & Human Experiments.

The online event was an incredible success, with more than 40 people from across the world attending. We were fortunate enough to be joined by two very special guests, Dr Sam and Dr Mark Bailey from drsambailey.com, who have recently released their book, The Final Pandemic. The doctor's Bailey played a crucial role in the production of Can You Catch A Cold?, with Sam writing the foreword and Mark spending countless hours reviewing and editing the draft manuscript.

We had a great conversation about all things cold and flu, contagion, terrain theory, germ theory, and much more.

Thanks to everyone who attended the live event, and for all of the great questions! None of this would be possible without your support.

For anyone unable to attend, a recording is now available to watch here.

Episode 74: Jacob Hopper - Exposing Mould

Listen to the podcast here.

Jacob Hopper MPH, CIH, CIEC, served in the U.S Coast Guard for 23 years, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During his service, Jacob worked as a Safety and Environmental Health Officer, and held leadership positions within the Industrial Hygiene, and Maritime Accident/Pollution Investigation divisions. After hearing my presentation "Does Mould Cause Disease?" on the Exposing Mold podcast in late 2022, Jacob reached out to me to discuss this topic further. In this podcast, Jacob and I talk about whether mould really does cause disease, what its role is, and why we might have confused it as the bad guy. Jacob also offers some practical tips about improving indoor air quality and dealing with water damaged homes.

Last week I was interviewed by Dr. Tom Cowan about my new book "Can You Catch A Cold?".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DiY1slQlgWk

Tom has been a massive influence in my life since 2020, and inspired me to do the work I am doing.

Here's what he had to say about our podcast - needless to say, I am incredibly humbled.

Hey, everyone.

Today's episode of "Conversations with Dr. Cowan and Friends" is easily one of the most important podcasts that I have done these past few years. As you will hear, Daniel Roytas, a former senior lecturer in nutrition in Australia, has taken a deep dive into the scientific evidence for the claim that "flu and colds" are caused by transmissible microbes, i.e. contagion.

After four years of research, I would say that Daniel has the best handle of anyone alive as to whether contagion is real, and, if not, how and why one might get sick by being around other sick people. This interview will go a long way toward clearing up those long-sought answers to chickenpox parties and other so-called contagious events.

Please join me in welcoming Daniel to our podcast.

Best,

Tom

Many people have been asking about my position on vitamin D. Whether or not people choose to take a supplement is up to them, but it's important to remember a few key things.

1. There's no replacement for sun exposure. Vitamin D pills cannot correct a sunlight deficiency.
2. The beneficial effects of sun exposure are not due to vitamin D, but rather the exposure to electromagnetic radiation (i.e. sunlight). It's the light having the effect, not the 'vitamin D'.
3. Vitamin D blood concentrations are a proxy marker for sun exposure. Vitamin D is the evidence of exposure to the sun, nothing more.
4. Sun exposure has dozens of beneficial effects above & beyond that of vitamin D.
5. Vitamin D is a hormone, therefore supplementing with it is hormone replacement therapy, not vitamin therapy.
6. In 2022, France classified vitamin D as a substance of very high concern as an endocrine disruptor. Do we really know what this synthetic substance is doing?

Seek the sun, not supplements.

This is Lulu, when she was born a few days ago we had no idea what to do, so we turned to other goat owners in real life and on the internet for advice. Unsurprisingly, they recommended injections, drugs, and other invasive interventions.

We decided to take a different approach. Instead, we got out of the way, observed, and trusted in the innate intelligence that is Mother Nature.

It's crazy, how on one hand, people trust that this little goats body is perfect enough to keep its heart beating, lungs breathing, gut digesting, eyes seeing, and ears hearing. Yet, on the other hand, believe it's so imperfect that it can't possibly survive without being poked, prodded, injected, dosed, fed, and lathered with some kind of man-made concoction.

Trust in men, or trust in nature. I know where my allegiance lies.

Dr Sam and Mark Bailey have been instrumental in the development of my book Can You Catch A Cold? As many people are aware, Sam wrote an exceptional foreword and reviewed my work to ensure the accuracy of the information being presented. What many people might not be aware of though, are the countless hours Mark spent critiquing and editing the manuscript behind the scenes. I am forever grateful for their support and guidance. None of this would have been possible without them.

Their new book, The Final Pandemic, is out now.

Dan Roytas: Can You Catch A Cold?

In 2020 with the onset of the COVID-19 era, Daniel started questioning much of what he thought were scientific facts and embarked on a new phase of private research. He launched the Humanley platform and has featured discussions with many of the world's foremost heterodox thinkers in health and science.

As part of this journey he has just published an incredible new book titled "Can you catch a cold?". It is the culmination of several years of focussed research and takes its place as the most comprehensive account of human contagion experiments ever seen. This one-of-a-kind book is a must read and reveals many of the buried and inconvenient clinical experiments that go against germ theory and the mainstream claims.

Last night, Dr Tom Cowan gave a live presentation on his YouTube channel where he reviewed Can You Catch A Cold? He read through some of his favourite parts of the book and provided his thoughts on the points being discussed.

According to Dr Cowan, "This book is the most important work that I know of to put the nail in the coffin of the germ theory". He went on to say that he would "Love to read this in front of a group of 100,000 physicians and ask how many of them have ever heard this story in any of their medical training? Because he never did (hear this story), and it's clear evidence that the whole story of the germ theory has been disproven".

You can watch Dr Cowan's extensive review here.

Why so much hate for oxalate?

People claim that plants are bad for health because they contain oxalates, however, this assertion is full of pitfalls.

Here are 10 reasons why it's time to rethink our relationship with oxalates.

1. There are no scientific papers published anywhere in the literature showing oxalates in foods cause disease.
2. Animal products like milk, eggs, and meat contain amino acids such as tyrosine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, glycine, and hydroxyproline. All of these yield oxalates when metabolised by the human body.
3. The majority of the total body concentration of oxalates (60-80%) is produced endogenously by the liver and gastrointestinal tract.
4. Metabolism of tissue derived amino acids account for up to 40% of the total body oxalate concentration, whilst metabolism of tissue derived carbohydrates and fat account for the other 20-40%.
5. Just 20-40% of the total body oxalate concentrations come directly from exogenous sources (i.e. the diet, air inhalation, skin absorption).
6. Dietary sources of oxalates have a limited impact on total body concentrations. Only 10-15% of ingested oxalates are absorbed by the gut.
7. Gut bacteria break down and reduce dietary oxalate absorption by 40%.
8. Your genetic material (i.e. RNA) requires oxalates for its formation.
9. Plants produce oxalates in response to poisoning from synthetic chemical fertilisers and heavy metals. Oxalates also assist with phytoremediation of the soil from these toxic substances.
10. Man-made air pollution produces oxalic acid, which is absorbed via the skin and lungs. Large quantities of oxalic acid are also believed to be released into the atmosphere by the world ocean's.

Given this information, why are we pointing our finger at plants?

Chicken pox parties, eat your heart out!

Part 1 of 2.

Between 1912-14, Dr Frederick Thomson & Dr Clifford Price conducted human experiments in a hospital setting to assess the contagious nature of chicken pox. They conducted 54 experiments which involved putting children with chicken pox into wards with 'healthy' children. They were not allowed any direct contact with each other. Of the 521 'healthy' children, 210 were considered β€˜immune’ (40.3%) because they had contracted the disease previously, and 311 were considered non-immune (59.6%).

In just seven of the 54 experiments (12.9%) did a child become sick. Across these seven experiments, just 15 of the 521 children (2.8%) developed chicken pox. Of these, six were β€˜non-immune’ (40%), one was β€˜immune’ (6.6%), and the immune status of the remaining eight cases was not reported (53.3%).

Chicken pox parties, eat your heart out!

Part 2 of 2.

In a second series of seven experiments, children with chicken pox were put into wards with healthy children. They were allowed direct contact with each other. Of the 130 healthy children, 61 were β€˜immune’ (46.9%) and 69 were β€˜non-immune’ (53%). None of the children (0%) developed chicken pox.

The results of these experiments are a major problem for the idea that chicken pox is a highly infectious and contagious childhood illness.
