Sunlight VS Supplements
If you have ever been camping, you will know that radiant heat from a campfire will keep you warm at night. When you wake up the next morning, the fire has gone out and a pile of ash is all that remains. Think of the fire as the sun, the radiant heat as the light, and the ash pile as the vitamin D. The ash is simply evidence that a fire was once there, just like vitamin D is evidence of exposure to the sun. You can't collect the ash pile, put it into a container, then sprinkle it on the ground expecting it to keep you warm the next night. Similarly, you can't take a vitamin D pill expecting it to replace sun exposure. Taking a supplement will merely raise vitamin D levels on a blood test, making it look like you've been exposed to the sun when you really haven't.
It's time to re-evaluate our relationship with the sun.
Get sun, not supps.

This is a Berekefeld filter. They claim to filter out viruses and bacteria from water. They are similar to the ones used by virologists in the early 1900s to filter people's snot. When healthy people were exposed to the filtered snot and became sick, researchers claimed this was due to a virus present in the filtered material. But how could viruses be in the filtered snot if the Berekefeld filter removed them?

Latest interview with Liev Dalton from the Beyond Terrain podcast.
Liev and I talk about the true causes of disease, why vitamin deficiencies do not have much evidence to back them up and may not be a cause of disease. We go over the specifics of how 'deficiencies' actually manifest as toxicities, the differences between minerals and vitamins and how vitamins may not actually exist in natural products. We also talk about our soils and the problems in our modern agricultural practices. This leads us into discussing food processing and the optimal human diet.
Liev is a great guy and a fantastic interviewer. I'm sure you will enjoy this one.

Two family members recently came to visit me for a holiday. Both of them got a cold, one after another, however, no one else in the house 'caught it'.
So, what might be going on here? Why did they get sick, whilst the rest of us escaped unscathed?
People frequently report getting sick after going on holiday. Chronic stress (of modern life) impairs the ability for macrophages in the lung to clean up accumulated particulate matter and damaged tissue. When you go on holiday, as stress levels subside so do the associated stress hormones (cortisol, adrenaline). This allows the macrophages in the respiratory tract to start cleaning house. To support this process, the body produces excess mucus, and induces coughing, sneezing, and sweating to aid in the removal of waste.
Nothing was being 'spread around', their bodies were simply responding to a change in environmental conditions.

Dr. Denis Rancourt recently appeared on Steve Kirsch's podcast to talk about the COVID-19 vaccine rollout. The discussion eventually led to the issues surrounding virology. It seems Denis has finally begun to publicly challenge not only the ability for viruses to cause respiratory diseases, but their very existence. Around the 53 minute mark, Steve and Deni get into a debate on this topic.

This channel has grown considerably since I first shared these two video presentations by Dr. Jordan Grant on the Philosophy of Modern Medicine and Germ Theory.
If you have not seen either of these presentations then I highly recommend you watch them. Dr. Grant clearly and concisely explains the issues plaguing modern medicine, the field of science, and germ theory. These videos are great for anyone new to the germ theory vs terrain theory debate, or anyone sitting on the fence.

Was the 2009 H1N1 pandemic a trial run for COVID-19?
It seems like much of the non-sense that transpired then, was repeated a decade later.
Some epidemiologists and public health experts even went so far as to state the pandemic was simply an "iatrogenic pandemic of panic" - a consequence of a problem created by health officials, and the media.
What do you think?

It is time to stop fearing plants?
Oxalates, phytates, lignins, tannins, lectins, saponins, gluten...these 'so-called' anti-nutrients have been receiving a lot of attention lately.
Health professionals are quick to blame these naturally occurring plant compounds as a cause of disease....but are they being used as a red-herring to draw our attention away from the true culprit?
These compounds have never been a problem before, so why are they a problem now?
Are they really causing your ills, or is it the poisons and toxins (pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, growth hormones, synthetic fertilizers, etc) being sprayed all over the food supply?

When faced with the question of what humans should eat, there are many differing opinions out there. Meat? Fruit? Grains? Seeds? Vegetables? Somewhere in between?
How do we find the truth? Maybe we should look at what humans ate before their dietary habits were corrupted by those in the Western world with vested interests.
Take this native Akhan tribeswoman, for example. For 85 years she lived deep in the forests of Northern Thailand. Her tribe was so remote, that for 40+ years she didnβt know what country she lived in, or that other races of people even existed.
No one told the Akhan what to eat. They worked it out themselves over thousands of years living in harmony with nature. Like every other native tribe that has ever existed, the Akhan ate animals, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and fruit.
Our forefathers deduced what the optimal human diet was through generations of trial and error. It was determined entirely by what was available, seasonal, local, fresh, and edible.
Humans have eaten this way since the dawn of time, in harmony with nature, whilst remaining largely free from disease. So why do we think they somehow got it all wrong?

There are many reasons to be sceptical of the claim that naturally occurring plant compounds (i.e., anti-nutrients) cause disease:
1. There's a lack of evidence showing anti-nutrients consumed in isolation, or in whole foods, cause disease.
2. There is little evidence showing anti-nutrients meaningfully impair nutrient absorption.
3. Anti-nutrients have been reported to possess a range of therapeutic / health-promoting effects.
4. Plants have been reported to acquire toxic compounds (which are labelled as "anti-nutrients") from pesticides and synthetic fertilisers.
5. A 2020 review of the literature found no conclusive evidence of anti-nutrients causing disease.
Why is there such a strong belief that anti-nutrients are a threat to human health despite a clear absence of robust scientific evidence?

Whilst the germ theory vs terrain theory debate was raging, another debate about vitamin theory was also taking place.
Many doctors believed that deficiency diseases were actually toxicity diseases, arising from the incomplete metabolism of adulterated food.
According to Dr. Max Glogner, the germ theory and vitamin theory are impossible. After looking into both topics for quite some time, I tend to agree with him.

This article perfectly exemplifies why it's not the naturally occurring compounds in food making people sick.
It's not the naturally occurring oxalates, gluten, histamines, lectins, tannins, nitrates, or phytates...
It's the hundreds of chemicals sprayed on crops like synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, growth hormones, antibiotics, agricultural dyes, waxes, solvents, emulsifiers, and preservatives. There's also the countless toxic chemicals, heavy metals, hormones and various other substances in the soil the crops are grown in and the water that is used to irrigate them.

This diagram summarises how vitamin B1 (thiamine) was first isolated.
1. Treat brewers yeast with Fuller's earth
2. Add barium hydroxide
3. Fractionate with silver nitrite
4. Precipitate
4. Decompose precipitate with hydrochloric acid
5. Treat with Phosphotungstic acid
6. Dissolve precipitate with acetone
7. Reprecipitate
8. Decompose precipitate with barium hydroxide
9. Evaporate solution to dryness
10. Add absolute alcohol
11. Precipitate with platinum chloride
12. Extract with water
The final crystalline powder substance was given to some birds which reversed neurological symptoms induced by a diet of white rice (i.e. beriberi).
The chemists claimed the substance they created in the lab was the same as what is in food (i.e. vitamin B1), despite never demonstrating it existed in the food in the first place, and failing to control for a single step in their experiment.
How can anyone accept this as proof of the existence of vitamins?

Does Mould Cause Disease?
Most people believe mould is there to cause disease, destroy your home, and make your life a misery. However, nothing could be further from the truth. Mould is not the cause of the problem, it's the consequence of the problem. It's there to serve a purpose by cleaning up the mess humans have created with the use of toxic chemicals and building materials.
No one in the health and wellness industry is looking at mould this way. They create fear around breathing in mould spores or mycotoxins, and promote various treatments that fail to address the true cause.
Many people have asked about the presentation I gave on mould. This presentation is usually only available to members of the Humanley Health Hub, however due to popular demand, it's available to everyone for a limited time only.
If you would like to learn more about what's really going on with mould, and to support this channel, get a copy of the presentation 'Does Mould Cause Disease?'.

People point to mycotoxins as proof that mould causes disease. However, mould just doesn't randomly produce mycotoxins.
The medium mould is grown on, its food source, and environmental conditions like temperature determine the type and amount of so-called 'mycotoxins' mould produces.
This slide shows the results of a paper published by Cullen et al. where mycotoxin production increased up to 127x simply by changing the medium, food, and temperature.
Mould isn't the cause of the problem. It's there to do a job, which is dependent upon the terrain in which it exists.
This is a great example of why the germ is nothing and the terrain is everything. It's just one of the many pieces of information presented in "Does Mould Cause Disease?".
