Dr. Maryanne Demasi recently published a substack article recounting her interview with Dr. Tom Jefferson.
Jefferson who is Senior Associate Tutor at Oxford University is also the lead author of a recent Cochrane Review showing masks do little to nothing.
Jefferson says "Itβs predicated on us knowing exactly how these respiratory viruses transmit, and that, I can tell you, we don't know. There isn't a single mode of transmission, it is probably mixed."
He goes on to say "The idea that the covid virus is transmitted via aerosols has been repeated over and over as if its 'truth' but the evidence is as thin as air."
Why do they have no idea? They have been researching the cold and flu for 120 years and are still none the wiser.
The day science can prove that the cold or flu is transmitted by a virus contained in a sneeze or a cough is the day pigs fly.

What is Terrain Theory?
Some people think that terrain theory is some hodge-podge piecemeal idea that has just come about in the last few years.
The 'terrain theory' is a component of holistic healing modalities like naturopathy & homeopathy. It's a fundamental component that forms part of the core underlying principles of these modalities. It helps define a complete system healing, whilst providing an intricate understanding of nature, holism, disease, & how the human body operates & functions.
There is an idea floating around within the so called 'terrain community' that 'germs' can cause disease, but only when a hosts defences are down. This concept is not terrain theory. It is a rescue device invented by germ theorists to explain asymptomatic infection.
The terrain theory is very specific & well defined. Unfortunately it seems that people are just bastardising it in any way they see fit. The above image is a good starting point, but only the tip of the ice-berg.

This is kryptonite for germ theory.
We are told that bacteria have basic life cycles, when in fact they have complex life cycles.
We are told that bacteria are monomorphic, when in fact they are pleomorphic (can morph into different kinds of bacteria).
Bacteria arise from base units called somatids or microzyma. The microzyma can develop into any kind of bacteria depending on the environmental conditions they are growing in (ie the terrain).
βAnyone who will patiently study with the microscope his own cultures which he knows to be pure can quickly confirm the general observation that rod forms may appear in cultures of cocci, spherical forms in cultures of bacilli, lateral buds and branches and internal globular bodies" Arthur Henrici, MD - 1895
https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/30990#page/7/mode/1up
Countless papers have been published showing that bacteria have complex life cycles and are not monomorphic.
The United States Dept. of Agriculture demonstrated that bacteria could change into other bacteria back in 1916 and 1923, as did the United States Health Dept. in 1932.
1916 - https://naldc.nal.usda.gov/catalog/IND43965684
1923 - https://naldc.nal.usda.gov/catalog/IND43966525
1932 - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1996182
Quote from the US Health Dept (1932) - "They found that one type of bacteria could present itself in over a dozen different forms, so different from each other that they have to be accepted as separate species belonging to half a dozen different genera."
There are countless papers published in the scientific literature documenting extreme pleomorphism and the complex bacterial life cycle.
Everything we think we know about bacteria is probably wrong.
Germs don't cause disease.
Disease causes germs.

An interesting paper written by Alexander Wilder MD in 1875.
Quote - "Dr. Epps, director for twenty-five years of the Jenner Institute, says: The vaccine virus is poison. As such, it penetrates all organic systems, and infects them in such way as to act repressively on the pox. It is neither antidote nor corrigent; nor does it neutralise the small-pox, but only paralyses the expansive power of good constitution, so that the disease falls back upon the mucous membranes. Nobody has the right to transplant such mischievous poison into the life of a child.β

The bacteria that make up your microbiome are not separate to you, they are you. In fact, they are as much a part of you as your white blood cells.
Think of bacteria like white blood cells. White blood cells are the micro-organisms on the inside of your body and the bacteria are the micro-organisms on the outside of your body.
Your skin and mucous membranes (gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract, urinary tract, reproductive tract etc) are the 'outside' of your body and are covered in 'germs'.
Everything else is the 'inside' of your body and is full of white blood cells.
Bacteria do not cause disease, just like white blood cells do not cause disease. Bacteria and white blood cells respond to inputs.
They are the firemen at the fire; the detective at the scene of the crime; the flies on the poo. Firemen didn't start the fire; detectives didn't commit the crime; and flies didn't make the poo....they are responding to these things, not causing them.
Bacteria are your body's adaptive interface with the world around you.
Bacteria are the manufacturing plants of the body. They break down food and produce new substances essential to your survival.
Bacteria are the recycling plants of the body. They take waste products excreted by your body and turn it into new substances that can be re-used.
Bacteria are the garbage disposal units of the body; they are saprophytic (eat dead and dying tissue). If part of your tissue is dead or dying, they will break it down and assist with the production of new healthy tissue. They did not cause the tissue damage, they are responding to it.
Your microbiome responds to inputs from the environment; ie the food you eat, the things you drink, the thoughts you think, the air you breathe.
There are no such thing as good or bad bacteria. They are simply responding to inputs.
We are told that good bacteria in our gut make us healthy and bad bacteria make us sick. This is not the case. There are no such thing as good or bad bacteria.
Imagine there are two people. One who eats lots of fruits and vegetables and the other who eats chips and chocolate.
The microbiome of the person eating the fruit and veg will respond by increasing the bacteria optimised for digesting fruit and veg. We call these 'good bacteria'. The bacteria aren't the things causing the good health, the fruit and veg are.
The microbiome of the person eating the chips and chocolate will respond by increasing the bacteria optimised for digesting chips and chocolate. We call these 'bad bacteria'. They aren't bad for your health at all. The thing causing ill health is the diet of chips and chocolate.
Bacteria are not separate to us. They are us. Stop blaming your body as the cause of the problem.
It's time to re-think our relationship with 'germs'.

Kennel cough is supposedly running rampant through Adelaide. Apparently it's so infectious dogs don't even need to come in contact with each other to contract it!
Is it really an infectious disease or is it a consequence of being poisoned with tick and flea treatments, a poor diet, processed 'treats', being washed in toxic chemicals, being injected with multiple vaccinations, being treated poorly by their owners, or something else altogether?
A few years ago, dogs at the local park began to fall ill. Our dog was about 6 months old at the time. He wasn't jabbed, never had any flea or tick treatments, ate a raw food diet, drank filtered water, was exercised regularly, got lots of cuddles and love and was washed with a chemical free soap.
He never got sick whilst all the other dogs around him were falling ill. A lady living in our apartment complex told us her dog 'contracted' the infectious disease from the park. She took her dog to the vet and was given all kinds of medication. This disease was 'spreading' amongst dogs who visited that specific dog park.
Around the time the dogs were sick, we noticed the water coming out of the tap which filled the dog park bowl was a cloudy white colour. It was like this for months. This happened shortly after construction of a high rise building started in the lot adjacent to the park, which used to be an industrial area. The soil was so toxic that they couldn't dig down into the earth to build an underground car park. They were forced to build an above ground one.
Our dog never drank the water because we took filtered water with us whenever we took him for a walk. He never got sick despite being in daily contact with sick dogs.
Were the dogs really falling ill because of a 'contagious disease', or had the construction work resulted in the water supply at the dog park being contaminated?

Luc Montagnier discovered HIV. In a 2010 interview he said;
"Nobody has completely isolated the virus". He goes on to say "For us it's not important that we haven't isolated it. But some people say if we don't have a pure virus, how do we know HIV isn't caused by something else?"
Interviewer: When you are trying to purify HIV there are some challenges because the sample is contaminated with cellular debris?
Luc Montagnier: Like I said.
Interviewer: And cellular debris particles are in there that look like retroviruses but are not infective?
Luc Montagnier: Yes, like I said.
Interviewer: How do you distinguish between what particle is infective and what isn't?
Luc Montagnier: You cannot.
Interviewer: Does an electron microscope image help you distinguish between what is what?
Luc Montagnier: No.
Virology is pseudoscience.

Is our understanding about musculoskeletal injuries incorrect? Did you know that many people who have musculoskeletal pain, have no observable abnormalities on a CT, MRI or X-Ray? Did you know that many people who have observable tissue damage on these scans have no pain? How can this possibly be? Emrys Goldsworthy from Athletica Physical Health returns to the Humanley podcast to explain why. We also talk about the real cause of pain, inflammation, the non-sense of RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) for injuries and practical strategies to help support musculoskeletal health.
Emrys is a musculoskeletal therapist with over 10 years clinical and lecturing experience and currently treats clients at his clinic "Athletica Physical Health".

Drug companies make drugs.
Many drugs are made by isolating a single chemical from a plant.
Drugs suppress symptoms.
Not everyone wants to take a drug so they seek alternatives.
Drug companies make those too, they're called vitamins...
...except drug companies don't make vitamins by isolating them from foods...
They synthesise vitamins in labs from toxic chemicals.
Drug companies tell you you're sick because you're deficient in their product...a 'vitamin'.
You try and correct the deficiency by taking vitamins.
You feel better when you take vitamins....so they must be doing something good, right?
Vitamins are classified as drugs.
Drugs suppress symptoms.
Stop taking your 'vitamins' and what happens? The problem comes back...
Vitamin therapy is not a part of nutrition, it's 'Orthomolecular Medicine'.
Pills won't fix your ills.
You cannot supplement your way out of a deficiency of real, fresh, local, seasonal, whole food.

What is the nature of our reality?
Do we have free will, or just the illusion of it? Some say the only thing we can control is how we respond to a situation. We can choose to be happy or sad; brave or fearful.
We are not our thoughts, nor are we our body, we are simply experiencing them.
Life is kind of like being on a rollercoaster. The destination is determined before the ride begins. It can be the most enjoyable, thrilling experience, or the most terrifying. The choice is yours.
Just like life, you cannot control how long the rollercoaster ride lasts, the twists and turns it takes, or where it ends.
We can either go with the flow and enjoy the experience, or we can fight against it every step of the way.
Enjoy every moment. Show kindness. Appreciate the small things. Forgive. Be grateful. Be brave. Love.

There are not thousands of different diseases, there is only one, itβs called 'allostasis'. Allostasis is the body in an active state of returning to 'homeostasis'.
The body only ever wants to be in a state of homeostasis or 'ease'. When homeostasis is disrupted, the body initiates a series of RESPONSES (ie signs and symptoms) to return to balance as quickly as possible.
Think of health and disease like balancing on an exercise ball. Your body is constantly making slight adaptations in order to maintain balance on that ball. This is analogous to being in a state of βhomeostasisβ or βeaseβ. If someone comes and pushes you off the ball, you put your hands out to break your fall, stand up and then get back on the ball. Everything that your body does to get back on the ball and find balance again is analogous to being in a state of βallostasisβ or βdis-easeβ.
βDiseaseβ is βhealingβ.

We're taking our moodle overseas to live with us. Unfortunately he had to receive several 'injections' to be able to travel. He received 3 shots in as many weeks.
He's never had a flea, or a tick, or parasite in his entire life. Nor has he had a 'shot' or any worm or flea treatments. I remember thinking to myself "What are the chances he gets a tick after he gets injected".
Sure enough I found a 'paralysis tick' on him the other day. I removed it, consulted the vet & monitored him for 48 hours. He is fine.
This got me wondering whether the tick was there to serve a purpose; to help remove the toxic substances (like heavy metals) that were injected in to his body?
Did the tick just infect him randomly, or was his little body sending out signals for ticks in the environment to latch on & start helping his body detoxify?
There is certainly some evidence to suggest that ticks bio-accumulate heavy metals, so maybe this idea isn't as far fetched as it seems.
Much to ponder.
