The latest from Dr. Cowan. This is a great podcast. Every single time I listen to Dr. Cowan, I always learn something. The way he explains the faults with the so called "science" behind virology is pure brilliance. It is truly perplexing how people can still not grasp the fact that no experiments have ever proven the isolation of a "virus".

Most people assume that vitamin D is the principal mediator of the positive health effects associated with sun exposure.

Serum vitamin D is simply a proxy marker for sun exposure1,2,3. Clinical trials have found vitamin D supplementation provides little to no meaningful health effects. Sunlight related factors, above and beyond vitamin D are responsible4,5.

The sun emits a broad spectrum of light including UV, blue, green and red5. It is the light from the sun, not the vitamin D, which possesses the beneficial effect on human health5,6,7.

How does sunlight work? According to Professor Gerald Pollack, sunlight provides light energy (via the first step of photosynthesis) to the human body and structures the water within our tissue. Insufficient sun exposure means less energy and less structured water, resulting in disease8.

Your vitamin D pill can’t provide light.

We are light beings.

Seek the sun.

Episode 64: Professor. Tim Noakes - Fighting For Fat

Professor Tim Noakes is the most prolific scientist and medical doctor in the world on the topics of exercise science and sports nutrition. In this podcast, Prof. Noakes joins me to talk about his research in to the ketogenic diet, the legal challenges he has faced questioning the currently 'accepted' nutrition advice, how he reversed his own type 2 diabetes, the beneficial health effects of eating a high fat diet and why processed and refined carbohydrates are so harmful to health. We also talk about why he decided to become a signatory on the "Settling the Virus Debate" challenge headed up by Dr. Sam and Dr. Mark Bailey, Dr. Tom Cowan, Dr. Andrew Kaufman and others. We discuss some of the issues surrounding germ theory and how he came to realise that there are some serious fundamental flaws in the science relating to virology.

I am a part of a practitioners network forum and the topic of gastroenteritis has come up. The practitioners are claiming there is an outbreak across New Zealand. All of the practitioners are blaming it on norovirus. How likely is it that a transmissible microscopic particle is being passed around through the community, or did somebody put some toxic crud in the food or water supply?

In 1928, Volney Cheney MD published a paper on the cause of influenza1. Cheney stated that germs could not possibly be the cause, because he was never able to infect healthy people with the bodily secretions of sick people.

Cheney induced influenza in people successfully, by promoting acidosis. He achieved this by administering ammonium & calcium chloride salts. He was able to resolve the influenza with a sodium bicarbonate solution. Others have also resolved influenza & other febrile disease with sodium bicarbonate2,3.

There is evidence to show that a change in relative humidity and temperature has an effect on the pH of the respiratory tract4. Could people with an already high β€˜acid load’, be more susceptible to developing β€˜influenza’ in response to changes of atmospheric conditions, which further acidify the membranes of the respiratory tract? This could explain why some people are β€˜immune’ to influenza, because they have a low acid load.

We are told rheumatoid arthritis is an auto-immune condition & that the body randomly begins attacking itself. Could it be that the immune system isn't 'attacking the body', but is simply trying to remove heavy metals deposited in the joints?1

The harmful effects of electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) from wireless technologies and mobile phones have been known for some time.

On the 30th of November 2015, Professor of Medicine, Dr. Devra Davis gave a presentation at the University of Melbourne titled "The truth about mobile phone and wireless radiation".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwyDCHf5iCY&t

On the 18th of February 2020, Dr. Davis gave another presentation titled "5G, Wireless Radiation and Health: A Scientific and Policy Update".

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AeSoC6la9c&t

How much electromagnetic radiation are you being exposed to every day? How much are you using your mobile phone? Your tablet? Your WiFi? We often forget about the potentially harmful effects of EMF because we do not hear, see or feel them, yet we are being constantly bombarded.

If you haven't done so already, then it might be time to seriously consider what you can do to minimise your exposure to these harmful frequencies.

Do we really know what we are doing by supplementing with high doses of inorganic minerals?

Organic minerals present in food behave differently in the human body compared to inorganic minerals found in supplements.

As Professor George Brewer MD highlights in this paper1, exposure to inorganic copper from supplements & copper pipes, could be one factor driving the Alzheimer's epidemic.

Eat real food, not pills.

Humanity was never confused about what to eat at any other time in history, until now.

There's so much conflicting nutritional advice how is anyone to make sense of it all?

'What' we eat doesn't matter as much as as the 'how'. How is your food grown, harvested, stored, transported, prepared and consumed?

Eat food that is;

1. Whole food
2. Fresh
3. Seasonal
4. Local
5. Not sprayed with poison
6. Not refined or processed
7. Prepared fresh, by you, with love, care, time and attention
8. Enjoyable and tasty

Connect with the people who grow your food. Shop at local farmers markets. Buy from farmers who respect mother nature.

If a particular food doesn't agree with you, then don't eat it. Listen to your body.

Whole, real, fresh, clean food doesn't cause disease. Food adulterated by humans does.

Look to what your ancestors ate. Get back to basics. Keep it simple.

The chemical imbalance theory of depression

Earlier this year, the results of a systematic review found that depression is not caused by a chemical imbalance. The authors concluded β€œOur comprehensive review of the major strands of research on serotonin shows there is no convincing evidence that depression is associated with, or caused by, lower serotonin concentrations or activity”1.

Despite receiving widespread media coverage, hardly any clinicians I know or students that I teach even know about this. When I bring this up to them, they are either genuinely surprised, highly sceptical, or completely non-receptive.

Thousands, if not tens of thousands of scientists and medical doctors dedicated their lives to researching this topic. The chemical imbalance theory of depression was one of the most widely and extensively researched fields of medicine, yet the theory turned out to be false2. Despite untold man hours, unlimited resources and billions of dollars spent on research over 30 years, the theory turned out to be incorrect. Despite all of the clinical trials they still don’t understand what modifying chemical levels in the brain by anti-depressants does to the brain.

If β€˜science’ was wrong about this theory, then what else are they wrong about? Despite the chemical imbalance theory of depression being effectively disproven, it is still taught as fact at educational institutions. Various therapies focused around β€˜correcting’ the imbalance also continue to be pushed by both allopathic and natural health care practitioners alike. It will likely take the industry 10+ years for this new evidence to translate in to clinical practice.

The fact that a chemical imbalance is not the cause lends further credence to the concept that the body does not cause disease. The brain chemicals are more than likely changing in response to an external input to maintain homeostasis.

They confused the effect with the cause.

"World's dirtiest man dies at age 94 after taking his first shower in 67 years".

The article says "Apart from an aversion to soap & water, the Iranian was otherwise healthy, despite only eating uncooked porcupine roadkill & drinking dirty water from puddles out of a rusty oil can."

The article continues "Scientists were surprised to find he hadn’t suffered from any bacteria or parasites apart from Trichinosis, a bacteria that comes from eating raw meat and causes a common infection. Tests including for HIV and hepatitis all came up negative as well."

How is it possible to be completely healthy at 94, without any personal hygiene & not become sick from a 'germ'. Some might argue it's because he had a 'strong immune system'. How can anyone have a 'strong immune system' living in squalor, eating roadkill & drinking puddle water?

Can anyone from the mainstream please explain how this is possible, according to germ theory?

In 1891, Dr. John P. Wall published a paper in the Atlanta Medical Journal suggesting that Yellow Fever was caused by a toxin, not a germ.

He said "Where micro-organisms are found in diseases, the question naturally arises as to whether they are the cause or the result of the disease in question."

"Germ theory is probably as fallacious as many other theories which have sprung up in medicine, been accepted and flourished for awhile, to be finally forgotten or only remembered as curiosities of medical literature."

People often ask why I post such old papers. The simple answer, is because this was a time when medical doctors could publish their theories and ideas, without censorship or fear of reprisal. No such paper would ever be published today.

This paper published in JAMA highlights the reason why so many doctors, scientists and members of the general public are questioning the field of virology.

Virology has not sufficiently proven the existence of viruses and transmission through scientific means. Rather they have propped up the idea with observations, assumptions and unproven theories.

Where are the papers that contain the experiments strictly adhering to the scientific method that validate virology?

After coming to the realisation that there is insufficient evidence to show viruses cause disease, I began looking in to other so called pathogens including bacteria, parasites and mould. What I found, was that there was a lack of evidence proving any of these things actually cause disease. Several months ago, I was approached by the Exposing Mould podcast to put forward my ideas around why mould may actually be the answer to the problem and not the cause.

Enjoy!

Contrary to popular belief, universities are not places for free thinkers who challenge the status quo. The word "university" is the antithesis of "diversity". Such institutions encourage "one" way of thinking, "one" perspective.

Students spend considerable time & money to be taught, old, redundant & outdated concepts. Ethically, I could no longer continue teaching a curriculum which I do not believe in.

Whilst the majority of the students that I taught were appreciative, a small handful were obviously not & made complaints. Heaven forbid a teacher would want to challenge their students with novel ideas.

I finally had enough when the information being put forward by doctors & scientists appearing on my podcast was put under the microscope by my employer.

Everyone is entitled to freedom of speech without limitation or ridicule. I will continue educating those willing to learn on this platform.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years. Onwards and upwards!

In 1923, Ludvig Hektoen MD published a paper in JAMA titled "The History of Experimental Scarlet Fever in Man". In this paper, Hektoen reviewed the human experiments attempting to transmit Scarlet Fever between sick people and healthy people. He concluded:

"This brief review of the recorded attempts to produce Scarlet Fever experimentally in man reveals that it is exceedingly doubtful whether a single positive case has been obtained. In view of the ease with which Scarlet Fever appears to be transmitted under natural conditions, the failure of the efforts at experimental transmission is a perplexing puzzle that awaits solution".
