There are no "cell membrane pumps" like the sodium potassium pump.
First and foremost, there are more than 2500 pumps proposed to exist, yet not a single one has ever been observed with a microscope.
Secondly, the sodium potassium pump is just one of these pumps and would require between 1500%- 3500% more energy than a cell is capable of producing.
Thirdly, sodium, calcium and magnesium pumps would require 350% more energy than a cell is capable of producing.
Finally, simple calculations prove that there would not be enough space for 2500 different pumps to exist within the cell membrane.
It's time to start rethinking cell biology.

When I draw attention to the fact that mould has never been proven to cause disease in humans, most people argue that it is the mycotoxins, not the mould.
So I thought I would start digging through the literature on human mycotoxin exposure.
Ochratoxin is one of the most well known mycotoxins, so I thought I would start there. It didn't take me long to find some interesting information in the peer reviewed scientific literature.

We are photosynthetic, light beings. Our tissue works like a battery. Humans need earth (negatively charged particles - which helps to counteract the positively charged particles like hydrogen produced as a waste product from metabolic processes), water (from food and drinking water) and sunlight (which splits water in our tissue into positive and negatively charged particles).
Human beings are like a complex tree.
To better understand what makes humans sick, we can draw parallels between what makes trees sick. Insufficient sunlight, nutrient deficiency, compromised soil or lack of contact with soil (bare skin contact with the earth), as well as pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and exposure to various other harmful toxins found in personal care products, cleaning products, car exhaust, tyre dust, building material, petrochemicals, food and water contaminated by industrial waste, and electromagnetic frequencies.
Professor Gerald Pollack (who appeared on the Humanley podcast episode 8) explains this perfectly in this 10 minute Ted Talk.

Comedy Monday's at Humanley!
We don't often post things unrelated to health, "science" or the human body on this channel, but sometimes it's good to mix things up. It's always good to remember to laugh, because after all, laughter is the best medicine.

Episode 58: Dr. Tom Cowan - Leading The Charge in to a New Age of Medicine
To listen to the podcast or watch the video interview, click the link below;
https://www.humanley.com/blog/episode58
Dr. Tom Cowan is a medical doctor and author of some of the most thought-provoking books in the field of health and medicine including Human Heart, Cosmic Heart which challenges the theory that the heart is a pump, Cancer and the New Biology of Water, and most recently, his best-selling book The Contagion Myth.
Dr. Cowan has played a pivotal role in helping me grow enormously not only as a clinician, but as a human being over the last several years. He has a no-nonsense approach and asks some of the deepest and most pertinent questions of any medical doctor, or human being I have ever come across. His unique way of questioning scientific dogma's like virology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, amongst others, has served as the catalyst for thousands of health professionals across the world to re-evaluate everything they thought they knew about health and disease.
In this podcast, Dr. Cowan shares his perspective on why we might not be made of cells, structured water, germ theory, virology, mould related illness, toxic buildings, true healing, nutritional supplements and so much more.
It really was such an honour and humbling experience to speak with him. His work, tenacity and unwavering focus to better understand the nature of reality, health and disease, has inspired me and changed the course of my life forever.

Helicobacter pylori has been proven to cause peptic ulcers, right?
Wrong.
The very man who won the Nobel Prize for discovering H. pylori causes ulcers admits Koch's postulates have never been fulfilled. He even drank H. pylori himself & never got an ulcer.
Every single human & animal experiment has failed to cause an ulcer in a single case from H. pylori exposure.
To prove H. pylori was the cause of ulcers, scientists "extrapolated backwards". They gave people with ulcers antibiotics. Sometimes the ulcers went away and this is used as proof of causation.
What absolute non-sense.
Let me put this logic into perspective for you.
A fireman puts out a fire (ulcer) with water (antibiotic). Water (antibiotic) suffocates the fire (ulcer) by limiting the oxygen supply (bacteria). Therefore, the fire (ulcer) was started by oxygen (bacteria).
Huh?
Maybe the simple answer is, the bacteria doesn't cause ulcers?

Have you heard of spontaneous synchronization?
What made all of these metronome's synchronize their timing? No one would ever watch this video and think a "contagious invisible particle" infected the metronomes, causing them to align their tempo perfectly.
Could this phenomenon help to explain things like menstrual synchronization, contagion, laughter and yawning?

I wonder why there is no evidence that mould causes disease? Maybe because it doesn't cause disease? Maybe because it's not the mould making people sick, but rather the toxic chemicals off-gassed in to air from building material when it gets damp and humid?

Germ theory logic:
Fire fighters are seen at a house fire, therefore they started the fire.
Detectives are seen at a crime scene, therefore they committed the crime.
Store clerks closed off aisle three, which is full of spilled milk, therefore they spilled the milk.
Terrain theory logic:
Fire fighters are there to put out the fire.
Detectives are there to solve the crime.
The store clerk is there to clean up the milk.
Germs are not the cause of disease, they are the consequence of it. Just because a "germ" is found at the site of diseased tissue, does not mean it CAUSED the disease. Just like fire fighters, detectives or store clerks, germs aren't there to cause the problem, they are there to FIX it.

Asymptomatic infections disprove germ theory.
Germ theory originally claimed that the mere presence of a "germ" in a sick person was sufficient evidence to prove germs caused disease.
When doctors started finding germs in healthy people, they claimed these people didn't get sick because they had "strong immune systems".
The very young and the very old have "weak immune systems".
How is it possible up to 90% of healthy newborn children (1) & 50% of institutionalised elderly people (2) have asymptomatic Clostridium difficile infections of the gastro-intestinal tract?
How is it possible up to 80% of healthy children in daycare have asymptomatic infections with at least one pathogenic germ and 35% have asymptomatic infections of up to 6 different pathogenic germs? (3)
How is it possible more than 60% of frail, institutionalised elderly women with dementia, aged 80+, have asymptomatic E. coli urinary tract infections? (4)

I think we would all agree the cholesterol-cardiovascular-disease hypothesis has been disproven sufficiently.
The scientific evidence is overwhelming against cholesterol being the cause of disease.
Elevated cholesterol does not increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, rather it might REDUCE the risk.
Cholesterol is there to protect tissue against inflammation and oxidative stress. Every single "cell" in the human body is made of cholesterol, the brain, the nervous system, the endocrine system and hormones, digestive secretions, all made of cholesterol.
Why have we been pointing to the effect and labeling it as the cause for so long?
Despite overwhelming scientific evidence, the false paradigm and war against cholesterol is continually perpetuated.
If they were wrong about something as basic as cholesterol and heart disease, what other theories are they wrong about?

Staphylococcus aureus has always been blamed as the cause of skin infections.
Why? Well, when a swab is taken of a wound, Staph is found. Therefore Staph must be the cause of the problem, right?
Wrong.
Not only is Staph found on the skin of healthy people, new research published in the journal Cell Reports, in October 2020, shows that the "toxin" produced by Staph actually helps to HEAL wounds.
What if the bacteria isn't there to damage our skin? What if it's there to heal the skin when it becomes damaged?
When are we going to get over this unhealthy obsession of blaming germs for our ills?
