Is it so outrageous to think that human beings require some essential things to be in relatively good health?
Things like;
1. Sunlight (sensible levels of sun exposure)
2. Clean water (free of toxic chemicals and pollutants)
3. Clean air (free of toxic particulate matter)
4. Clean environment (largely free of harmful man-made toxic chemicals, EMF, using natural building materials etc)
5. Clean, fresh, local, seasonal, nutrient dense food (free of harmful pesticides, grown locally from a permaculture / regenerative / sustainable agricultural perspective)
6. Living in a eustress environment (freedom & a very high universal standard of protected basic human rights)
7. Love and human interaction / participating in activities that are meaningful to you, with the people you care about
8. Regular physical activity
9. Spending time in nature / connecting to nature (green therapy / blue therapy, grounding)
10. High quality sleep hygiene practices (right amount of sleep, going to bed at the right time, sleeping position etc)
11. Having meaning, purpose and fulfillment in your life
12. Access to basic healthcare & housing utilising natural building material
What if we don't get a sufficient amount of these basic things? What if some of these things are missing all together? How much of an impact are those things having on our health?
What can we do as a society, as a human collective, to create this reality for ourselves?

Episode 56: Dr. Grayson Dart - Rethinking The Standard of Care
Dr. Grayson Dart is a family doctor, who has recently completed his residency and is now working in clinical practice with Dr. Andrew Kaufman. Dr. Dart began questioning all things health, when he was taught by his professors that asthma was incurable and the symptoms could only ever be managed. This conflicted with Dr. Dart's own personal experience, as he had successfully reversed his own chronic, debilitating asthma through dietary and lifestyle change. This experience left Dr. Dart feeling very conflicted and lead him to begin questioning whether the same could be applied to other disease. By the time he had graduated, Dr. Dart had realised that medicine might actually be hurting people, more than it is helping.
In this podcast, Dr. Grayson Dart and I discuss his journey through medical school, his struggle learning the dark side of medicine, how he reversed his own chronic disease, what really causes disease, the logic behind vaccines, why none of the patients he saw in medical school ever healed, germ theory, the limits of medicine in treating disease, the causes of disease and how to heal using simple and effective natural healing therapies.

Entomologist Dr. Thomas Dykstra gave a thought provoking presentation last year titled "Why insects do not (and cannot) attack healthy plants".
What we see happening in nature, is what happens inside the human body, because we are a part of nature. Insects don't cause disease in plants, just like germs don't cause disease in humans. When a plant becomes nutrient deficient, toxic, or the environment changes in such a way that it's no longer conducive for the survival of the plant, nature intends to return the plant back to the earth. In order to return the plant to the soil, bugs / insects come along to break the plant down, returning the plants organic matter back to the soil, for other "healthy" plants nearby, to utilise.

Is vitamin D messing with our hormones?
I've been critical of vitamin D supplementation for a long time now. People fiercely defend it, despite a lack of evidence proving any meaningful beneficial health effect from supplementation. The evidence clearly shows that serum vitamin D is nothing more than a marker of sun exposure.
On 25 October 2021, France notified the Commission and Member States of a draft decree in which the main form of vitamin D, cholecalciferol, is included in the list substances of very high concern (SVHC) as an endocrine disruptor.
It's time to seriously re-think our use of vitamin D supplementation.

Why do we blame mould as the cause of disease? There are countless experiments showing that "toxic mouldβ only grows & produces mycotoxins under certain conditions.
Both petri dishes contain the toxic mould S. chartarum, but different growth media.
The culture on the left favours growth & mycotoxin production, whereas the culture on the right doesnβt.
Same mould species + different conditions = different growth and different rate of mycotoxin production.
It's not the mould causing the problem. It's the toxic environmental conditions and toxic chemicals the mould uses as a fuel source, which is the problem.
How else do we think mother nature is going to clean up the mess humans have created?
Stop blaming the garbage man for the mess at the garbage dump!

It's the mould making me sick! Or is it?
These are just some of the toxic chemicals in building material.
When building material gets wet, these toxic chemicals begin leaching into the air. For example, leaching of formaldehyde increases by up to 1000% when building material gets wet.
The symptoms of breathing in these chemicals are identical to those of "mould related illness".
There's not a single controlled experiment showing mould inhalation causes symptoms in humans, but there's countless experiments where people get sick from inhaling these toxic chemicals.
It's well established that mould biodegrades these toxins into non-toxic substances. For example, mould converts formaldehyde, into non-toxic organic acids, which can be recycled back into the environment and used by other micro-organisms as an energy source.
Mother nature is cleaning up our mess and then we blame the problem on the mould!

What does the "real" scientific evidence about mould exposure tell us?
In 2004, a double blind, randomized, placebo controlled trial was conducted to see what happens when mould-sensitive people inhaled spores from the pathogenic moulds, P. chrysogenum & T. harzianum. They inhaled spores for 6 minutes per day, over 3 days.
None of the participants experienced any adverse effects.
This was the first experiment ever conducted exposing people to mould (via inhalation), & there doesn't seem to be any experiments like it since.
If this is the only human challenge experiment, it means that the current weight of scientific evidence suggests inhalation of spores, does not cause illness.
This isn't meant to detract from people who become ill when living in mould infested homes. What it is meant to do is get people thinking that maybe there is another cause. Toxic fumes off-gassing from damp and humid building material perhaps?

Why are we taking synthetic vitamin pills?
Part 1 of 2.
Let's think about synthetic vitamin C (ascorbic acid) compared to natural vitamin C. We are told they are exactly the same, because the chemical structures are the same. The chemical structure is determined by spectroscopy. We assume that there is nothing more to a "vitamin" than its chemical structure.
This would be like showing someone two pictures of identical fridges. They can tell me it's a fridge by looking at it. They are the same.
But can they tell me what's inside each fridge by looking at the outside of it? No. They have to open the fridge and look inside. One fridge might be full of soft-drink and cake, whilst the other might be full of beautiful fresh produce.
When we look at vitamins using other visualization techniques, like those in the chromatography experiments (see image below) conducted by the scientist Ehrenfried E. Pfeiffer, we begin to see massive differences between synthetic and natural vitamins. Using other visualization techniques like chromatograms is analogous to looking inside the fridge.
To think that a vitamin synthesized in a lab somewhere and shoved into a pill with a bunch of excipients is just as good as eating a beautiful fresh strawberry is beyond ignorant.
When we start synthesizing vitamins and minerals in laboratories and putting them into the body, we assume they work in the body the same way. After all, a vitamin is a vitamin, whether its from food or from a lab, right?

Why are we taking synthetic vitamin pills?
Part 2 of 2.
If you take a supplement with iron and ascorbic acid (vitamin C) together for example, a reaction occurs in the gastro-intestinal tract called the Fenton reaction. This reaction produces a highly damaging free radical which can damage intestinal tissue, cause inflammation, ulceration and possibly cancer (1).
But this effect doesn't happen when you eat foods containing iron and vitamin C. Why? Because mother nature is incredibly intelligent and has included hundreds of other compounds in foods to stop this damaging effect from occurring. For example, if you eat a piece of fruit (which contains vitamin C) and a piece of meat (which contains iron), the Fenton reaction is likely to be prevented by the antioxidants and polyphenols in the fruit(2) and substances in the meat like hydroxyproline(3).
Is it time to re-think our obsession with "supplements"?

Peter approached me at the beginning of the year and asked if I would write a foreword for his new book, which explores human behaviour, more specifically if society can influence the way we think and how we form our opinions.
This is a great read for those that are struggling to understand why their friends and family may think differently on certain issues. If you have tried opening the minds of those around you but they aren't interested, this book might help them realise that everything may not be as it seems.
This is a great read and is something that you can finish in just a few hours!

Is it really mould making people sick?
There are other plausible explanations. Building material contains countless harmful toxins. When the material gets water damaged in damp humid conditions, these harmful chemicals are off-gassed into the air. Inhalation of these toxic chemicals has been shown in dozens of human controlled trials to induce symptoms identical to "mould related illness".
No controlled experiment has ever shown inhalation of mould spores or mycotoxins from mould infested buildings to cause illness.
Are we mistaking "multiple chemical sensitivity" for "mould related illness"?

Dr. Qureshi obtained his Ph.D. under the guidance of (late) Prof. M. Verzele (University of Ghent, Belgium), a world-renowned scientist in separation and isolation science using techniques such as counter-current distribution (CCD) technique and modern techniques of chromatography (gas and liquid) coupled with mass spectrometry.
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic episode, he has been educating and guiding people about the unfortunate use of false, in fact, fraudulent science in virus isolation, testing, and vaccine development.
In this podcast, Dr. Qureshi gives a thought provoking presentation about the science, or lack thereof, in regards to virus isolation, v*ccin*e efficacy and the issues plaguing PCR testing.

Vitamin supplements contain ascorbic acid, not vitamin C.
Vitamin C is an entire complex in whole foods, consisting of ascorbic acid & P, K & J factors.
Ascorbic acid in supplements is synthesised in a laboratory from the Reichstein process by;
1. Converting D-glucose from GMO corn to D-sorbitol by a hydrogenation reaction catalysed by nickel.
2. D-sorbitol is fermented by acetobacter to L-sorbose.
3. L-sorbose is converted to diacetone-L-sorbose with acetone (nail polish remover) & an acid.
4. Diacetone-L-sorbose is converted to diprogulic acid with potassium permangenate.
5. Diprogulic acid is converted to gulonic acid with heat & water.
6. Gulonic acid is converted to ascorbic acid with a reaction catalysed by platinum.
7. Ascorbic acid is combined with excipients to make "vitamin C" powders & tablets.
Vitamin C from foods, behaves differently in the body than synthetic "ascorbic acid".
The best way to get vitamin C is to just eat real food.
