Episode 54: The Bigelsen Brothers - Looking Through The Microscope

Adam and Josh Bigelsen are the sons of Dr. Harvey Bigelsen who was a pioneer in the world of holistic medicine, and author of the groundbreaking books, Holographic Blood® and Doctors are More Harmful than Germs. Both brothers are international speakers, holistic wellness coaches and educators for the Bigelsen Academy. They also lecture and teach workshops with their sister Lila.

Adam Bigelsen provides the latest research studies, and technology, to keep their method current and in the forefront of Holographic Blood® readings. As an educator, Adam has helped to develop the curriculum used to teach these methods. Adam currently works in Mexico where he and his team continue to offer the Bigelsen Method. Adam is also a music teacher, and is involved in the world of sound therapy.

Joshua Bigelsen worked side by side for over 15 years under the precision training by his father the famed Harvey Bigelsen. Joshua does collaborative investigations, educational trainings and works with Adam doing the Holographic Blood® consultations.

Messages in the blood: Are you aware that your physical issues could be related to your emotions? Or that your lack of energy could be related to your teeth? Or that your emotional imbalances could be the result of your body being physically out of alignment? All of these are things that Dr. Harvey Bigelsen was able to see by looking at holograms in the blood. Join Adam and Josh Bigelsen for an educational and empowering discussion on the Bigelsen method of Holographic Blood® and how it relates to your health and wellness. If you have questions regarding your health…the answers are in the blood.

“Over the course of his 25 years of research, Dr. Bigelsen has learned how to interpret images created by the blood in order to understand a person's total health. He has found that blood, like water, is a messenger of a person's emotion and consciousness. This is exciting and spectacular research and my hope is that it will be shared with the world.” -Dr. Masaru Emoto

In this episode, Josh and Adam Bigelsen join me to talk about the ground breaking work of their father Dr. Harvey Bigelsen, terrain theory, pleomorphism, the nature of disease and natural healing, holographic blood, and they also share some of the amazing images they have captured over the years of people's blood when looking through their microscope. This podcast was full of so many brilliant gold nuggets of information, what Josh and Adam had to say really resonated with me. Please make sure to check out their website the Bigelsen Academy.

When building material becomes damp, it releases toxic chemicals in to the air. There are countless experiments showing people become ill with symptoms identical to "mould related illness" when they are exposed to these extremely toxic chemicals. When the chemicals are removed and the damp building material is repaired, the symptoms subside.

Is it really the mould making people sick, or is it the fact they are inhaling a myriad of toxic chemicals?

Take a moment to examine this photo of a raging industrial fire. The flames are many stories high, dwarfing the fire fighters scattered around the perimeter of the inferno.

Now I want you to answer this question.

Did the fire fighters start the fire? Yes or no?

The obvious answer is no.

Just because we see fire fighters at the scene of a fire, does not mean they started it.

Any reasonable person would attest that the fire fighters are there to help put out the fire and clean up the mess.

Now what if we think about the fire fighters as germs and the industrial fire as a disease?

Germ theory thinks that the fire fighters (germs) started the fire (disease).

Terrain theory thinks the fire fighters (germs) are there to put out the fire (disease).

Which one makes more sense?

Episode 55: Dr. Melissa Sell - German New Medicine

Dr. Melissa Sell is a chiropractor and self awareness coach. She has been integrating the 5 Biological Laws of Germanic Healing Knowledge into her work for the past 5 years. Her coaching is focused on helping people to understand their symptoms from the GHK perspective and learn to live free from fear and anxiety. She teaches self awareness skills and internal shifts for creating a deep sense of peace and wellbeing.

In this podcast, Dr. Sell joins me to discuss her journey from helping her patients with Chiropractic, to learning and incorporating German New Medicine in to her practice. Pioneered by medical doctor Ryke Geerd Hamer, German New Medicine is not only a new paradigm of medicine, it is also a new consciousness. It is the awareness that our organism possesses an inexhaustible creativity and remarkable self-healing capabilities. It is the recognition that each cell of our body is endowed with a biological wisdom we share with all living beings.

Hi everyone, sorry I have been a bit quiet here. I have been immersing myself in researching mould. I'm currently putting the finishing touches on a blog questioning whether mould is really the cause of disease.

Does mould cause disease?

When are we going to seriously re-evaluate our understanding of mould related illness? Is it the mould making people sick, or the toxic chemicals being leached into the air from damp, degrading building material?

When you walk in to a water damaged home, that "mouldy" smell, probably isn't from mould. When the toxic chemicals released from damp building materials are converted to secondary metabolites, by mould / fungi, a chemical is produced which emits the characteristic "mould" smell. It's not the mould, it's the chemicals, which are being cleaned up by the mould.

Mother nature is there to help us. It's cleaning up the mess we created.

Time for a paradigm shift.

Is it the mould or is it the chemicals or is it a bit of both? If it is a bit of both, would one be less without the other? If mould really is toxic, how toxic would it be to us in the absence of toxic chemicals?

Is it so outrageous to think that human beings require some essential things to be in relatively good health?

Things like;

1. Sunlight (sensible levels of sun exposure)

2. Clean water (free of toxic chemicals and pollutants)

3. Clean air (free of toxic particulate matter)

4. Clean environment (largely free of harmful man-made toxic chemicals, EMF, using natural building materials etc)

5. Clean, fresh, local, seasonal, nutrient dense food (free of harmful pesticides, grown locally from a permaculture / regenerative / sustainable agricultural perspective)

6. Living in a eustress environment (freedom & a very high universal standard of protected basic human rights)

7. Love and human interaction / participating in activities that are meaningful to you, with the people you care about

8. Regular physical activity

9. Spending time in nature / connecting to nature (green therapy / blue therapy, grounding)

10. High quality sleep hygiene practices (right amount of sleep, going to bed at the right time, sleeping position etc)

11. Having meaning, purpose and fulfillment in your life

12. Access to basic healthcare & housing utilising natural building material

What if we don't get a sufficient amount of these basic things? What if some of these things are missing all together? How much of an impact are those things having on our health?

What can we do as a society, as a human collective, to create this reality for ourselves?

Episode 56: Dr. Grayson Dart - Rethinking The Standard of Care

Dr. Grayson Dart is a family doctor, who has recently completed his residency and is now working in clinical practice with Dr. Andrew Kaufman. Dr. Dart began questioning all things health, when he was taught by his professors that asthma was incurable and the symptoms could only ever be managed. This conflicted with Dr. Dart's own personal experience, as he had successfully reversed his own chronic, debilitating asthma through dietary and lifestyle change. This experience left Dr. Dart feeling very conflicted and lead him to begin questioning whether the same could be applied to other disease. By the time he had graduated, Dr. Dart had realised that medicine might actually be hurting people, more than it is helping.

In this podcast, Dr. Grayson Dart and I discuss his journey through medical school, his struggle learning the dark side of medicine, how he reversed his own chronic disease, what really causes disease, the logic behind vaccines, why none of the patients he saw in medical school ever healed, germ theory, the limits of medicine in treating disease, the causes of disease and how to heal using simple and effective natural healing therapies.

Entomologist Dr. Thomas Dykstra gave a thought provoking presentation last year titled "Why insects do not (and cannot) attack healthy plants".

What we see happening in nature, is what happens inside the human body, because we are a part of nature. Insects don't cause disease in plants, just like germs don't cause disease in humans. When a plant becomes nutrient deficient, toxic, or the environment changes in such a way that it's no longer conducive for the survival of the plant, nature intends to return the plant back to the earth. In order to return the plant to the soil, bugs / insects come along to break the plant down, returning the plants organic matter back to the soil, for other "healthy" plants nearby, to utilise.

Is vitamin D messing with our hormones?

I've been critical of vitamin D supplementation for a long time now. People fiercely defend it, despite a lack of evidence proving any meaningful beneficial health effect from supplementation. The evidence clearly shows that serum vitamin D is nothing more than a marker of sun exposure.

On 25 October 2021, France notified the Commission and Member States of a draft decree in which the main form of vitamin D, cholecalciferol, is included in the list substances of very high concern (SVHC) as an endocrine disruptor.

It's time to seriously re-think our use of vitamin D supplementation.

Why do we blame mould as the cause of disease? There are countless experiments showing that "toxic mould” only grows & produces mycotoxins under certain conditions.

Both petri dishes contain the toxic mould S. chartarum, but different growth media.

The culture on the left favours growth & mycotoxin production, whereas the culture on the right doesn’t.

Same mould species + different conditions = different growth and different rate of mycotoxin production.

It's not the mould causing the problem. It's the toxic environmental conditions and toxic chemicals the mould uses as a fuel source, which is the problem.

How else do we think mother nature is going to clean up the mess humans have created?

Stop blaming the garbage man for the mess at the garbage dump!

It's the mould making me sick! Or is it?

These are just some of the toxic chemicals in building material.

When building material gets wet, these toxic chemicals begin leaching into the air. For example, leaching of formaldehyde increases by up to 1000% when building material gets wet.

The symptoms of breathing in these chemicals are identical to those of "mould related illness".

There's not a single controlled experiment showing mould inhalation causes symptoms in humans, but there's countless experiments where people get sick from inhaling these toxic chemicals.

It's well established that mould biodegrades these toxins into non-toxic substances. For example, mould converts formaldehyde, into non-toxic organic acids, which can be recycled back into the environment and used by other micro-organisms as an energy source.

Mother nature is cleaning up our mess and then we blame the problem on the mould!

What does the "real" scientific evidence about mould exposure tell us?

In 2004, a double blind, randomized, placebo controlled trial was conducted to see what happens when mould-sensitive people inhaled spores from the pathogenic moulds, P. chrysogenum & T. harzianum. They inhaled spores for 6 minutes per day, over 3 days.

None of the participants experienced any adverse effects.

This was the first experiment ever conducted exposing people to mould (via inhalation), & there doesn't seem to be any experiments like it since.

If this is the only human challenge experiment, it means that the current weight of scientific evidence suggests inhalation of spores, does not cause illness.

This isn't meant to detract from people who become ill when living in mould infested homes. What it is meant to do is get people thinking that maybe there is another cause. Toxic fumes off-gassing from damp and humid building material perhaps?
