Review last month's trades. Not just the wins. All of them.

Ask yourself three questions.

Which setups worked consistently and why?

Which

ones kept failing and what did they have in common?

And

were the

re moments where I broke my own rules?

Most trade

rs skip this. They move from session to session without ever stepping back to see the patterns in their own behaviour.

But the patterns are always there. The same mistake repeated six times. The same setup hitting every time. The same time of day where things go wrong.

Your trading journal is a map of your edge and your weaknesses.

If you're not reading it, you're leaving your most valuable feedback on the table.

Take 20 minutes this week. Review July. Go into August with clarity.
