we all need to learn how to appreciate‚ and how to be proud of ourselves. progress is still a progress‚ no matter how small it is.
so don’t be too hard on yourself. don’t hesitate to appreciate & celebrate your small wins. proud ako sa ’yo‚ padayon lang.

we are the generation that has beautiful photos but has the saddest smile and stories to tell. we are all tired and still trying our best to survive—we are pressured and scared for our future. we're all traumatized and in pain that hides behind our beautiful smiles. we're too young to rush things and too old to waste our time. so, this is what adulting looks like? this is how it feels?

sana iwasan natin ang ganitong uri ng mentalidad. we don't have to say such things that could potentially ruin people's confidence. lahat tayo ay may lakas at kahinaan pagdating sa anumang aspeto ng buhay. maganda ang suot niya kasi may fashion sense siya and that makes him/her unique at hindi kailanman mababawasan ang pagkatao niya sa mga bagay na may kahinaan siya.
