sleeping is hard when your heart is sad.

speaking with your "lulubog-lilitaw" friend, your dorothea, feels really good. no matter how long it has been since your last conversation or how long you have been together, the same emotions and energy will be present when you two speak. it's good to speak with them again after a long absence.

Time flies so fast; we're already halfway through the year, parang naging timelapse ‘yong bawat oras. We didn't notice how everything changed day by day, lahat tayo may iba't-ibang timeline ng buhay umasenso man o hindi sa sariling paraan ang mahalaga’y hindi mananatiling umaatras ang proseso nito. A lot has happened, including new trends na napaaliw at napainis ka, some bad things happened in our lives na naging sanhi ng poot, galit at lungkot na iyong nararamdaman dahilan kung ba’t may mga taong hindi mo pa kayang patawarin. Minsan nabigo man tayo but we still continue to live, I'm proud of y'all. Keep going ha dahil sa dulo ng lahat papabor din sa atin ang pagkakataon at panahon.

i think every female should have at least one friend that’s her safe place. a friend she can tell any & everything too without feeling like “i wish i never told her that” a friend that she can cry. a friend that’s real genuine‚ a friend that’s a friend when she’s not around‚ a friend she don’t have to be scared to tell nothing in a world. i mean it’s straight loyalty over love with me but with no questions asked for.

you will really get shocked when you find out the content of someone’s dump account. their posts are just so far from what you anticipated. you never expected that they have that side because they don’t look like they can post like that. they’re comfortable enough to share the thoughts they have in their mind without limitations and if ever someone adds you in their safe place, may you never snitch them because that means they trust you. people like them don’t have the freedom to speak up freely but in their dump account, they can express their emotions easily. i hope you gatekeep what you see.

Literal na she cries at night talaga pag napapa isip ka na adulting hits hard. Hindi dahil sa love life but because of responsibilities, timeline, disappointments, breakdowns and inconvenience.

So to everyone, stay gentle, kind and considerate. We all have silent battles that we won't discuss.

But maybe that's the beauty in it, to figure it out on your own.

may you love yourself enough that when you recognize something that you don’t like about your life, you will have the courage to change or remove them no matter how it’ll make you uncomfortable.
