1.看看有谁在社媒平台上抱怨竞品垃圾(配合上一些social listening的工具的话效率会更高)。
2.联系这些用户并送赠品。
3.让他们录制一条新的开箱视频。至于拉不拉踩你的竞品，全看你的尺度了。
4.给这些内容投流。
一般来说，因为用户体验不好而“睚眦必报”的用户都有KOL的作用。
只要利用的得当，不仅可以用超低的成本就完成传播和获客，还能快速把自己的品牌知名度拉上去。
