New entry rules for international students.

On December 29, 2021, amendments to the Federal Law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation" came into force.

The new regulations establish that citizens arriving in Russia for a period of more than 90 days, including for the purpose of studying, must undergo a medical examination, fingerprint registration and photographing.

Good day everyone!

As you all know CISA is currently working on some projects, and one of them is related to the adaptation of international students in the HSE dormitories.

BUT! For one of the steps of the project we'll need some help from our dear foreign colleagues (and also the Russian ones 🇷🇺✨).

We need the following; People who can speak Russian, and English fluently (if you are an Arabic or Chinese native speaker, it would help A LOT as well), who live in the following dorms; Dorm 2, Dorm 4, Dorm 5 and Korpus 3 Sevastopol.

If you are down for helping the international community with this project, please don't hesitate and send a message to me (@Emilio5050) or any other of my colleagues from CISA. 🙌🏻

Best regards, and have an excellent day! 💞

❗️Please fill this Registration form to undergo the procedures with the volunteers if you arrived in Russia after December 29th, 2021
