🇸🇾 🇹🇷 ⚠️ GRAPHIC ⚠️ 🇸🇾 🇹🇷 Deceased Turkish mercenaries in northern Syria claimed to be killed by Kurdish SDF forces. They allegedly tried to take advantage of the ISIS prison riot in Hasek and attacked the Kurds in Raqqa. SDF forces repelled the attack of quote "Turkish invaders and their mercenaries" in the Ain Issa region in the Syrian province of Raqqa. A group of mercenaries was reportedly liquidated as well near the villages of Musheirfa and Jahbel. Turkish weapons and remains were seized. Pro-Turkish militias are purportedly conducting heavy shelling of the SDF forces in the aftermath.

🇷🇺 🇺🇦 #BREAKING "Russia will take all available measures to eliminate the threat to peace [in Donbas]" said Russian Deputy Defense Minister Pankov today as the Federation Council (upper parliament) gave authority for the use of the Russian Armed Forces abroad outside of Russia in connection with the situation in Donbas at Putin's discretion and with essentially unlimited power: "The total number of formations of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the areas of their operations, the tasks facing them, the period of their stay outside the territory of the Russian Federation are determined by the President of the Russian Federation". Senator and Chairwoman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko reiterated that "These will be peacekeeping forces... The use of the Russian Armed Forces abroad will be aimed at establishing peace in the Donbas and preventing shelling of civilians".
