Tonight there will be an Easter program (I know it is one week early) that will be presented by the children that attend the English Sunday school. This will be instead of our regular Sunday night gospel meeting. The children will be telling the story of Christ’s death and resurrection through reading parts of the Bible and through songs.
The meeting will begin at 7 PM and there will be coffee, tea at a snack afterwards.
This meeting will only be in English.
All are very welcome to attend!

Last night, my grandma, (my dad‘s mom) passed away. I know that quite a few of you have been asking about her so I just wanted to post this.
The Lord took her to heaven before she experienced any pain. Her last words were, “I just want to go now to heaven.”
Within a few hours of saying this, she died and her soul was there in heaven with our risen Christ.
She was a great grandmother!… But that’s not why she’s in heaven! She is in heaven because God’s Son came just over 2000 years ago to be punished and to die at Calvary for her sin. When grandma was young she accepted this good news from the Bible and took Jesus Christ as her Saviour and only way to heaven.

Julia and I have a very good friend from Ukraine who may be coming to Canada for approximately four or five weeks starting around July 7, 2026 with her two boys. Her two boys are 15 years old and 8 years old. We are looking for a place for them to rent for this time as we are not able to host them due to my brother and his family staying with us at the same time while visiting from the Caribbean.
