I am writing to express my appreciation for the crew and cast of 頭條新聞 for their candour, bravery and dedication to upholding the freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

The episode aired on 14th February accurately depicts and reflects the facts and true picture of what is going on in Hong Kong, albeit in a comical way. Such form of comedy is common and normal in a free and democratic society

It is totally unacceptable for the Hong Kong Police to try to snub out any public opinions which they personally deemed inappropriate. Such actions are very damaging to public interest and should not be encouraged. It is an interference to freedom of the press

I hope RTHK will continue to stay true to the spirit of free press. And once again, I applaud 頭條新聞for their creativity and professionalism and for upkeeping the high quality of the show for so many years.
