Homemade rehydration drink. Because during construction we are in the full tropical sun โ˜€๏ธ ๐Ÿ˜“ and rehydrating with just water doesnโ€™t cut it. We would lose to many minerals and deplete our bodies.

This is also a really nice drink during traveling especially when flying which is very drying. Or after a workout to supplement everything that was lost.

For those of you who don't know my story about being vegan for over ten years and the reason why I made the transition to using milk, buttermilk, yogurt, and ghee. This is an older video explaining what made me make the transition.
And as I mention at the end of that ๐Ÿ‘† video I prefer getting my raw milk from an ethical farmer who keeps the calf with the momma cow and milks by hand. And now that we have our own homestead I thought why not milk our own cow? And contribute this milk to my family and the community around us.
