Dear Headmaster of XXX School,

I contacted your school earlier regarding whether or not the your school would allow students to participate in the school boycott, and I have yet to receive any reply.

I hereby inform the headmaster once more, a civil monitoring group and I will visit your school and observe the situation on Monday (Sep 2) and Tuesday (Sep 3). We request your cooperation to grant permission to the relevant members of the group to enter the campus to observe. The group will collect data in an objective and just manner. Results will be open to public, as well as forwarded to the Education Bureau for follow up.
