⚠️The Bar Association has issued a lengthy paper on setting up a commission of inquiry with the hope of progressing the discussion in the community.

The paper is the first time that a list of specific issues and incidents that should be inquired into has been put forward and also the first time that a specific model for the composition of a COI if set up has been put forward.
