由六月至今，香港人經歷了大大小小一連串密集的社會運動，我們希望以今次問卷研究，了解抗爭者至今的心理健康、社交狀況，以及對整個運動的意見，為反送中運動作出系統性、科學化的數據收集及建議。是次問卷調查直至10月29日晚上8時59分截止，希望大家支持。
We would once again like to conduct a survey on 28th October, for the purpose of collecting empirical data on the mental health status, social functioning, as well as the public opinion on the Movement for quantitative analysis.
The deadline for submission is 8:59pm on Tuesday 29th October 2019.
