Another source says Roman Prymula, deputy Minister of Health, said it's 'only' 20 to 30 percent, and that the recommendation was to test people who presented symptoms for three days, and they changed it to five. The source also says that the tests check for antibodies, so a negative result does not mean the person is virus-free as the body might not have reacted.
