Netizens found that, under some circumstances, HKPF may detain arrested persons for up to 72 hours.

There have been no mention of anything that resembles "72 hours" so far in this anti-ELAB movement. The sudden appearance of this "72 hours" description may be due to a recent edit/amendment by HKPF.

(Albert Ho attacked)

Former Democratic Party Chairman Albert Ho was attacked today (19th). It is understood that after taking the MTR home in the evening, when he left the Tin Hau station he suspected that a man wearing black was following him. He went to a side street, where some individuals attacked him from behind. His head and back were injured. He has gone to Ruttonjee Hospital for medical treatment. Ho said the injuries are not serious.
