民間集會團隊發起「天下制裁流水式集會」，警方已對明日下午2時至晚上10時於遮打花園及遮打道行人專用區的公眾集會發出不反對通知書。
The Police have issued a Letter of No Objection for tomorrow’s Universal Seige on Communists rally from 2-10pm in Chater Garden and Chater Road Pedestrian Area.

根據以往經驗，預計警方有機會利用以下形式佈防：
Based on previous experience, the police are forecast to use the following strategies:

‼️軍器廠街會設立封鎖線，亦會在警總天橋戒備；有機會於金鐘道發射催淚彈，要求民眾沿中環方向離開。
Set up a cordon in Arsenal St and stand by on the footbridge by the police HQ. There’s a possibility that they may use tear gas and ask people to leave towards Central.

‼️水炮車會分別於政府總部及無限極廣場（或西隧）附近戒備，後者目的同樣是設立封鎖線，防止民眾沿西環方向前進。
The water cannon trucks will stand by at Government HQ and Infinitus Plaza (or the Western Harbour Crossing), where a cordon will also be set up to prevent people from going towards Sai Wan
‼️IFC附近的龍和道一帶早期介入會較明顯；假如警方取消不反對通知書，畢打街一帶有可能成為圍捕熱點。
Early intervention in Lung Wo Rd near IFC will be fairly obvious. If the police cancel the Letter of No Objection, Pedder St may become a hotspot for surrounding people and arresting them.

‼️警方於驅散行動中後期似乎喜歡往半山方向掃蕩。
The police like to sweep towards Mid Levels in the latter stages of a clearance operation.

🔰中西區、灣仔區的民防等級為3️⃣注意，代表警民衝突風險一般，警方或以武力介入。
Central and Western and Wan Chai Districts are on Civil Defence Alert 3: Caution. This means that there is a risk of conflict with the police, and that the police may intervene with force.

💠油尖旺區的民防等級為2️⃣戒備，代表警民衝突風險較低，但或有小型拘捕。
Yau Tsim Mong District is on Civil Defence Alert 2: Standby, which means that the risk of conflict with the police is low, but small scale arrest activity may take place.

遮打花園附近正進行「天下制裁流水式集會」，現場氣氛平靜。
The Universal Siege of Communists rally is under way in Chater Garden. The atmosphere at present is peaceful

水炮車位置 Water Cannon positions：
1️⃣IFC外 outside IFC
2️⃣高等法院外 outside the High Court
3️⃣政總內 inside Government HQ

預防式截查位置：
上環至灣仔一帶，警力及截查頻率較以往高。
Preventative positioning:
Police presence and search frequency between Sheung Wan and Wan Chai is high.

警方佈防分析 Police strategy analysis ：
‼️防止前線示威者「落場」和人流往金鐘道或干諾道中外湧。Preventing front line demonstrators from leaving the area and people from leaving Queensway or Connaught Road Central.
‼️預計預防式截查將持續。
These preventative measures are likely to continue
