Police pepper-sprayed and arrested several pro-democracy candidates of the upcoming district council election who gathered at Victoria Park this afternoon.
At 16:15, an elderly, who was taking a rest on the lawn at Victoria Park, felt unwell after inhaling the tear gas and required medical treatment from first-aiders.
