I just feel like Iβve gotten a little lazy lately.
The tiny, silly decisions you make every day pile up until they turn into a big mess. and those little promises you make to yourself but skip because they seem too small to matter? they teach your subconscious that youβre not someone who does what they say theyβre going to do. thatβs what keeps you stuck.
So the lesson is: prove to yourself that you always do what you have to do, no matter how small the task is. Because itβs never really about the task itself itβs about building trust in yourself.
