🟣 This quarter, the Hipo Fund continued to actively support the HPO ecosystem through market buybacks, staking participation, and profit sharing.

🔎 The decrease in fund value compared to the previous report is mainly due to the decline in TON price, which also affected HPO. At the same time, part of this change reflects intentional capital deployment to support HPO and a strategic shift toward higher stablecoin exposure to improve risk management and maintain liquidity for future opportunities.

Stablecoin Rebalancing
• Increased stablecoin allocation to strengthen capital protection and liquidity.
• Swapped ~24,000 TON into ~47,000 USDT at an average rate of 1.9 TON per USDT.

✅ Validator Node Issue — Resolution Report

As mentioned, a recent validator node software update caused our node to fall out of sync with the TON network.

During this period, we worked closely with the TON Core team. With their support, we identified the root cause of the issue and have fully resolved it.

🛠 Impact & Compensation

• The issue resulted in a temporary decrease in staking APY.
• To compensate stakers, we set the validator share to 0% for several previous validation rounds, ensuring higher rewards for the community during that period.

🖥 Current Status

• The validator is now fully synced and operating normally.
• APY has returned to normal levels and remains among the highest in the TON ecosystem.
• To prevent similar issues in the future, we are implementing an upgrade that allows Hipo Club data (such as wallet balances) to be read from multiple nodes.
