There are different views here — some believe rewards should be limited to active holders in the Club, while others prefer full distribution.

We discussed whether to include or exclude undistributed HPO held in marketing, liquidity, and other wallets.
Some suggested allocating a fixed *percentage* of revenue to these wallets instead of using the full weight of their HPO, especially since many tokens haven’t been distributed yet. This could help with refilling important wallets over time.

Our model calculates and snapshots rewards every 18 hours (per validation round), so this type of strategy would only benefit someone holding long-term — which is actually good for all HPO holders.
