A: Yes, this is the model for the initial allocation, but we are flexible for adjustments as we move forward. Changes can be proposed and decided through Hipo governance voting by $HPO holders.

The main difference is that $HPO is not just a T2E token, but the governance token for a live staking protocol on TON.
