Как будто бы пришло время раскатывать фичу тикетов/поддержки для всех.
В течение ближайшей рабочей недели поддержка через тикеты будет постепенно открыта для всех клиентов.
Где-то 6 лет назад проект задумывался как сервис без поддержки, но без обратной связи никуда — и, кажется, уже пора. ГАЗ создавать тикеты!
Иногда я (щитпостер) буду тоже что-то писать вам в тикетах или с чем-то помогать — скорее всего по ночам, так что не рассчитывайте на слишком серьёзные ответы. От меня могут проскочить какие-нибудь приколы или мемы. Надеюсь, я никогда не превращусь в серьёзного взрослого... Жизнь слишком коротка, чтобы всё время быть серьёзными.

Looks like it’s time to start rolling out the tickets/support feature to everyone.
Over the coming working week, ticket-based support will be gradually rolled out to all customers.
About six years ago, the project was originally designed as a service without customer support. But there’s really no way around having a proper feedback channel — and it feels like the time has finally come. Let’s go create some tickets!
Sometimes I (shitposter) might also write to you in the tickets or help you out with something — most likely at night, so don’t expect overly serious replies. I might throw in a joke, a meme, or some random nonsense here and there. I hope I never become one of those serious adults... Life’s too short to take everything seriously all the time.
