В качестве компенсации добавили +3 дня для всех услуг, которые на момент инцидента были в активном статусе.

Важно: добавили не все подсети, примерно 70%. Оставшиеся подсети будут добавлены скоро.
Серверы во Франции уже установили, на подходе в Финляндии и затем будут доступны для заказа.

Imporant: not all subnets are available for update, approximately 70%. Rest of subnets will be added soon.
Hardware is installed in France. Finland is in progress. Orders will be opened back soon.

Могла наблюдаться сетевая недоступность сегмента сети в Финляндии + доступ в личный кабинет. Исправили. В качестве компенсации за нестабильную работу личного кабинета для всех услуг добавили +12 часов, а для услуг в Финляндии сразу 2 дня. Приносим извинения…
Что делали в Финляндии: обновляли сетевую часть виртуализации. В основном затрагивает программную часть, чтобы смигрировать со старого стека, который обрабатывал дополнительные задачи, в том числе DHCP. Обновили на современный набор инструментов, что повысило производительность сети на виртуальных машинах и дало запас для дальнейшего масштабирования. По наблюдениям получилось оптимизировать обработку трафика и снизить нагрузку на CPU примерно на 15%.
Кстати, машины в Финляндии доступны для заказа, а ещё этой ночью добавили HI-CPU линейку в NL.

We upgraded to a modern toolset, which improved network performance on virtual machines and provided headroom for further scaling. Based on our observations, we managed to optimize traffic processing and reduce CPU overhead by roughly 15%.
