Утром произошла авария в датацентре NL1, последствия устранены, услуги запускаются.
По деталям произошедшего пока что деталей мало (выпустим обновление позже), предположительно выход из строя кондиционеров во всем датацентре из-за чего серверы ушли в защиту от перегрева. Перенастроили все серверы виртуализации, чтобы исключить это в дальнейшем.

An incident occurred this morning at the NL1 data center. The issue has been resolved, and services are being brought back online.

Details are limited at this point (we’ll provide an update later), but the preliminary cause appears to be a failure of the cooling systems throughout the data center, which triggered thermal protection on the servers. We’ve reconfigured all virtualization servers to prevent this from happening again.

Планируем проведение больших работ в личном кабинете в ночь с воскресенья на понедельник. План пока такой:
— Выкатить обновление внутренних систем;
— Подготовить личный кабинет к добавлению тикет-системы. Спустя долгое время полноценная поддержка будет доступна прямо из личного кабинета.
Собрали требования к реализации, сформировали план работ и уже находится в разработке;
— Для одной из локации активировать новую систему создания виртуальных машин (об этом в одном из следующих постов).

Поэтому, если что-то будет не работать, то не пугайтесь, это мы немного выключили личный кабинет для раскатки обновления.

UPD: Работа виртуальных машин не будет затронута.

We are planning scheduled maintenance in the customer portal during the night from Sunday to Monday. The scope of work for now:
— Deployment of updates to internal systems;
— Preparation of the customer portal for the integration of a ticketing system. After a considerable period, comprehensive support services will be accessible directly within the portal. Requirements have been gathered, a detailed implementation plan has been established, and development is currently in progress;
— Activation of a new instance provisioning system in one of our locations (some details will be provided in an one of the next posts).

Please note that during this maintenance window, certain features of the customer portal may be temporarily unavailable. There is no cause for concern — this downtime is part of the planned update rollout.

UPD: There will be no impact on instances.
