We are getting many messages like "earning doesn't work, crystals are not gaining" lately. This problem is connected with Instagram updates, and you can try to fix it.
Initially, make sure you use the latest version of the application from https://get.hiketop.com, change your accounts password also. If these steps did not help, it means, that you deal with one of the following kinds of problem:
1️⃣ Instagram has restricted the opportunity to like, subscribe or perform any action in your account.
In order to check this, try to like or follow someone in the Instagram website and application. You will receive an "action blocked" notification. In this case, do not use this account in any third-party application for Instagram until the restriction is lifted.
2️⃣ You can perform all the actions in your account, but the earning still doesn't work.
Solution: open settings of your device and reset the cache and all data of Hiketop+ (you will need to log in again). Not applications settings, but devices (it's important).
❗️In order to secure your account, we advise you to avoid using any third-party application for Instagram except ours. Besides, it's better to choose between Neutrino+ or Hiketop+. Active crystals earning in two applications at once is forbidden, if you use one account only.

Now you can earn 300 crystals in just a couple of minutes by liking other users' posts. You can find this feature in Dashboard (where a daily bonus is located) or on the earning screen.
Automatic earnings (big red button) will work as before but due to Instagram algorithms update we are going to change the way we perform actions in our application.
