Great News HLX Traders!
Our website is now back online and we are delighted to share all the changes with our community!
But let us start with the action that's required from your end:
‼️ Please update all your software by clicking on the "HLX Updater" icon on your VPS's Desktop. Once that's done, right-click on any of your software on your Meta Trader 4 under "Expert Advisors", and select "Refresh". If you don't do this, you will see an "Invalid license" error on your software's information panel and it will not work.
‼️ Customers who are still using the older version of Alpha (2.0) on their own VPS, must use the HLX VPS and turn it off on any other VPSs where it's running to get it to work. Also, keep in mind that we are discontinuing Alpha 2.0 within 30 days as newer versions are expected to be ready in January.
Now let's get into what the changes are:
✅ The website became 100X faster. Thanks to our auto-scaleable cloud servers, it will always run at lightning speed regardless of the amount of traffic we get.
✅ “Invalid license" will no longer be a thing. From now on, you don't need to put in your broker number on the site. The software will work without it regardless of conditions. Since the newer version’s codes are coming from a separate hidden server and it is not in the ex4 file itself, we don't need to authenticate you with a license number anymore.
✅ In your payment history, every transaction comes with a download button where you can download a PDF invoice.
✅ Upon registration, the user can choose his or her sponsor manually without making sure he or she uses the right referral link.
✅ 2FA Authentication can now be disabled if enabled previously.
✅ Your safety is important to us! Therefore we made sure that all your data/information is being stored in our own private subnet within the cloud which is NOT accessible from the public internet.

We are super excited to announce that we have started our own VPS company! It is going to be much much faster, more reliable and most importantly it’s capable of running our new FX Software, Alpha 3.0!!! 🥂
Over the next few days we will be migrating everyone to our own brand new VPS. We have to manually move each person one at a time so please bear with us as we upgrade your account. As soon as we have made the change, we will send you an email with the instructions on how to make sure your existing trades are still being managed by any software that you are currently using.

At this point, everyone’s VPS is up and running and they have access to Alpha 3.0 as well.
The last 7 days our development team was working non-stop after the previous VPS company we used to whitelabel service from decided to shut down their website without notice and cease operations. We are doing the best we can to make sure things are running flawlessly.
We have noticed that some users see the “Your VPS cannot be found” message when they try to access their VPS. This is a false error, if you see this just try again in a few minutes or a little bit later and it will work. Currently we are working on investigating what’s causing this. Rest assured, your VPS is up and running!

Next time you log into your VPS & run the HLX Updater, you will notice that we have changed the names of the softwares in order to provide more clarity between the different software types.
‼️ VERY IMPORTANT: If you are still holding trades from the previous releases, you will want to hold off on running the HLX Updater until ALL current trades have closed out!
Due to the upcoming release of Crypton (our first Crypto Trading Software), we wanted to remove any confusion between the different MT4 and MT5 softwares.
Alpha 2.0 our original flagship product, is the only software that will remain as its current name, Alpha 2.0.
However, you will notice Alpha 2.5 has been renamed "Stellar", while Alpha 3.0 has been renamed “Nova”.
Each software has a unique trading style different enough to separate them into individual names will help clarify the differences to current & future customers.
No one software is better than another, they are simply different & will depend on the individual’s preferred trading style.
