Recently it has come to our attention that some users who are using our current HLX VPS for more than several months, occasionally experience “low memory” and speed issues which sometimes require them to restart their VPS.
We are delighted to announce that we have solved this issue, and as of today, every new user will automatically get our upgraded VPS on default. It comes with way more resources and also a better operating system specifically for forex trading.

First off, we wanted to let you all know how thankful we are for your support along this journey for the last 2 1/2 years!
We’ve made great progress with our educational trading products & we wouldn’t be here without you.
To kick things off, we have been working hard behind the scenes to create a new & improved MT5 version of your favorite manual trading software, Alpha GO! The software has been in development for several months & is finally ready for its debut as a “Thank You” for being a loyal HLX customer!
But that’s not all…
We have been receiving feedback on our current rewards plan and after long consideration, we are happy to introduce a simpler and more lucrative payout structure to our valuable members!
This upcoming change will protect the company and our customers as we strive to become a trusted household name in the trading space.
Starting September 29th, affiliates will be paid $50 per month for EVERY personal referral who becomes an HLX customer. No longer will you have to refer 3 customers before unlocking your commissions!
That being said, we are moving away from the tree structure to an easier-to-understand referral model that everyone can take advantage of.
The commission payouts will take place the same day your personal referral becomes an active customer. You will continue to receive $50 every month for as long as that customer stays active with the monthly membership plan.

It came to our attention that a few people who use Osprey as their primary broker are having a hard time logging back into their trading accounts.
Reason:
Osprey is forcing users to update their MT5 terminal.
Solution:
Close the terminal and re-open it, you will see a popup about an update, click “Restart”, try logging in, and done!
