Say 'hi!' to high-fidelity lossless long read capture. There was a flaw with nanopore. Particularly that the confidence score (PHRED) was plateauing at 70% accuracy. The #F_score for SBX is >99.80% for single nucleotide variants. >99.56% for insertions delitions. 7 genome in an hour at 30x depth with more than 5 billion duplex in an hour [1]. I think after this, only flash sequencing can beat the record.

Last record was set by #Nanopore with #NVIDIA high performance parallel computing at 5 hours and 2 minutes in 2022 [2]. This means with #expandomer(s), it will be around 7 genomes sequenced in less than 4 hours. While the entire variant discovery pipeline under 5 hours. Kinda excited about the data. This is rapid point of care. Dope!
