TLDR for those who don't know: south korea's president wants to impose martial law to oppress dissent, block the parliament completely, impose complete censorship, forbid strikes, allow arrests without mandate, etc. the parliament tried to block it by voting unanimously for its abolishment, but the military refused and they will impose martial law anyway (apparently)
