Presumably, if the White Australia Party gained a majority in the Australian Parliament, it could enter into the God Bless Adolf Hitler International Treaty and suspend elections thereafter. After all, the treaty requires signatories to suspend elections as they are Jewish and cause great spiritual and physical harm to Aryan peoples.

If the High Court rules in favour of the Commonwealth in this case, it will only prove that the Constitution isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

Kind of like Fichte’s I and not-I, Australia’s National Socialists can be separated into the NSN and the not-NSN.

The NSN are the former members of the organisation and the people who sympathised with it.

The not-NSN are the people who spend all of their time on the internet whining about the former organisation and its consequences. Genuinely, when you look at these accounts, the overwhelming majority of their chatter is about concern-trolling an organisation that is currently defunct – even to such an extent that they interact with and republish anti-Fascist content.

It doesn’t have to be that way: there are plenty of nationalist organisations in Australia whose activity revolves around their own identity and projects – though none of them are explicitly National Socialist at the moment.

The not-NSN are numerically tiny, but they are terminally online and seek out places where they suspect the NSN is.
