They want to ban your beliefs and lock you up, or worse. It’s time we stop pretending it’s all fun games and get serious. We need a constitutional right to free speech before they take away what’s left of it, and Australia is defenceless.

New opinion from Ray Pistol on how Australia's "hate speech" and "hate group" laws are the result of a multigenerational communist plot to make nationalism illegal.

Historians in a hundred years' time will be writing paragraphs about how every week a news article would come out explaining that native Britons were receiving prison sentences double the length of the sentences received by the foreign rapists they were protesting, and that the British establishment refused to course-correct. The book will be titled The British Civil War and the paragraph will be in the Prelude to the War chapter.

NSW Premier Chris Minns squirms as Libertarian MLC John Ruddick grills him on whether multiculturalism and free speech are compatible, and whether Minns would support a plebiscite (vote) from the NSW public on free speech.
Ruddick presses him to explain why he has stated 4 times that “free speech and multiculturalism aren’t compatible”
Minns also attempts to justify his “nazi conduct” laws and other hate speech laws on the Bondi terror attack, which was committed by Indian Muslims

New X Article, summarising the arguments put forward by each of the states in the White Australia Party High Court case.
Explores each state briefly at a time, and how their arguments are largely technical attempts to distinguish the prohibited hate group organisation from existing case law precedents.
Notably, Queensland has intervened neutrally, in support of neither party, and argues concerns about the nationhood power that the Commonwealth is relying on, could later be used to erode state powers under federalism as a result of loosely used "national emergency" situations, however supported the other elements of the legislation.
Read time: 6 -7 minutes, there was a lot of filed material to have to condense and summarise.

Presumably, if the White Australia Party gained a majority in the Australian Parliament, it could enter into the God Bless Adolf Hitler International Treaty and suspend elections thereafter. After all, the treaty requires signatories to suspend elections as they are Jewish and cause great spiritual and physical harm to Aryan peoples.
The external affairs power allows you to ignore the rest of the Constitution when it’s convenient, so say the lawyers of the Commonwealth and the States.

In Britain, they managed to get a video of the elusive social cohesion. As you can see, the social is cohering really well.
Even I didn’t foresee that a citizenship questionnaire wouldn’t be strong enough to stop Islamists from beating transvestites with cudgels. Maybe British elites need to add a few extra questions?

Australia is a Third-World banana republic in all but name – with a Third-World economy, Third-World laws and an increasingly Third-World population.
Take a look at the reasoning of King’s Counsel who are paid millions of dollars to think and argue about laws.
Popular sovereignty can stop popular sovereignty so we need to stop popular sovereignty when popular sovereignty stops popular sovereignty.
Sometimes A stops A, so we need to stop A before A stops A.
These are apparently our nation’s most gifted legal minds.
But of course, popular sovereignty to these people just means a popular sovereignty that reflects the politics of the current government. What they are talking about here is not popular sovereignty, but multiculturalism.
Sometimes popular sovereignty stops multiculturalism, so we need to stop popular sovereignty before popular sovereignty stops multiculturalism.
Sometimes A stops B, so we need to stop A before A stops B.
This is what the laws amount to. The government is just too dishonest to admit that they believe that liberal-democracy is over now and it has been replaced with police-state multiculturalism.
If the Zionists want the Australian Government to be able to ban political parties that oppose Zionism and multiculturalism, then they should hold a referendum and ask the population if they want to change the Constitution from a liberal-democratic document into a police-state multiculturalist one. As it stands today, that is the process that the Constitution outlines.
If the High Court rules in favour of the Commonwealth in this case, it will only prove that the Constitution isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

Twitter Nazism has degenerated to concern-trolling about not paying taxes to ZOG and not providing your family with a middle-class lifestyle.
You’re allowed on Twitter unmolested as long as you’re a petty bourgeois dressed in the trappings of Nazism. As soon as you start suggesting that people take from the system rather than give to it, and start recruiting and propagandising for a revolutionary organisation, you get banned.
You cannot do all three of these things at once: know about contemporary Australian government budgets; insist that you have to pay taxes to the Commonwealth; and believe in National Socialism. You have to pick two only.
I don’t care if people want to work and pay taxes. But this insistence that you have to be a contributor to ZOG is ideological immaturity.

Kind of like Fichte’s I and not-I, Australia’s National Socialists can be separated into the NSN and the not-NSN.
The NSN are the former members of the organisation and the people who sympathised with it.
The not-NSN are the people who spend all of their time on the internet whining about the former organisation and its consequences. Genuinely, when you look at these accounts, the overwhelming majority of their chatter is about concern-trolling an organisation that is currently defunct – even to such an extent that they interact with and republish anti-Fascist content.
It doesn’t have to be that way: there are plenty of nationalist organisations in Australia whose activity revolves around their own identity and projects – though none of them are explicitly National Socialist at the moment.
The not-NSN are numerically tiny, but they are terminally online and seek out places where they suspect the NSN is.
