The Free Speech Union has done quite a good submission into the Inquiry on Intelligence and Security review into the White Australia proscription.
They have noted how the government moved to ban White Australia only when their AEC application for a party was submitted. Point 4 is very well put.
They recommended that White Australia’s proscription be disallowed, and to state why the proscription process was restarted only when their AEC application was lodged.
They also said the proscription was unlawful because the party was a completely different legal entity.
They also recommended amendments to the laws that they cannot be used against political parties.

It's interesting that last week the Executive Council of Australian Jewry attacked us in a submission to a parliamentary committee (their accusations are false and we were in the middle of responding when we got banned), and then today ECAJ co-CEO Alex Ryvchin shows ADL boss Jonathan Greenblatt around Bondi.
Probably just a coincidence though as there is no way Australia's most powerful and censorious Jewish lobby group would ask the ADL to pressure X into banning an independent media outlet, and no way Elon Musk would allow such a thing on his free speech platform.

Their submission should be investigated as misleading evidence to a parliamentary committee.

Don't worry. When some loon has a breakdown and goes out and beheads some random pedestrian or bureaucrat, that will only be considered proof that the bans were justified and that more are needed.
If this guy isn’t getting paid, you have to wonder why he is even bothering to explain the most obvious truisms to those who simply aren’t going to listen and who are hell-bent on turning a miniscule segment of the country’s population into a conspicuous and despised class of tyrants.
