The High Court battle between the Government and White Australia remains scheduled for mid-September (the court is yet to set a fixed date).

It feels like reality is on pause till then.

Basically, the guys behind White Australia want to contest elections as a political party but the Government wants to make their party illegal and send them all to jail.

In September we’ll see the first and only real challenge to newly drafted “hate-crime” laws, which the Government is using to outlaw political groups on the basis of ideology or arbitrary definitions of “hate”.

The Commonwealth as directed by the Prime Minister and the Minister for Home Affairs has begun filing defence arguments for the upcoming High Court prosecution by White Australia in September of this year.

The Commonwealth's arguments can be easily summarised as follows.

>White Australians don't deserve political rights where their rights infringe on jewish feelings, multiculturalism and international treaties.

The entirety of the Commonwealths argument is that legal political speech exists within the confines that;

1. Jewish power is never questioned or criticised.
2. Multiculturalism and non-White immigration is never questioned or criticised.
3. Globalist treaties from foreign organisations such as the UN, are treated as Sovereign law imposed on Australian citizens.

In conclusion the Commonwealth's position is that White Australia should be illegal because the Commonwealth can prove that White Australia; is harmful to Jewish psychological well-being, is harmful to multiculturalism (modern Australia), and lastly does not align with international treaties.

The Commonwealth's submissions openly admit the legislation is harmful to Australian's political rights, however they were asked to do so by a cartel of Jewish Power organisations and therefore complied.

The Labor Government is openly admitting to be committing treason before the High Court as it's 'legal' defence for banning it's political opposition.

I guess the prosecution is practically forced to argue this, but it looks so bad for them.

These laws are not only abhorrent; they were a terrible mistake. The High Court should give the government an out by ruling these laws invalid before the devastating consequences are fully realised.
