😭 Username market dying?

After the introduction of KYC verification on Fragment.com, the trading volume of usernames has significantly decreased.

However, while NFT usernames can still be traded on other platforms like @marketapp, minting is only possible on Fragment.

📉 In the 24 hours following the implementation of verification, 62 new usernames were minted, with only 6 lots being sold through Telegram (priced at 104, 515, and 5050 $TON).

In comparison, during the same 24-hour period before the introduction of KYC, around 260 names were minted.
