السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
فيما يلي بعض الملاحظات التي يجب مراعتها عند كتابة البحث المقدم للمؤتمر:
■كتب العنوان بحجم ١٤ ومضخم
■يكتب اسماء الباحثين وعناوينهم بشكل كامل مع ذكر اميل الباحث الاول او اميل الباحث المخول بالمراسلة
■البحث يكتب بحجم خط ١٢ مع تضخيم العناوين الرئيسية
■يجب ذكر كلمات مفتاحية للبحث بعد المقدمة
■الصور والجداول والاشكال يجب ان تكون واضحة المعاني ولاتتحاوز عدد الصفحات لتجنب الارباك في قالب المجلة
■يجب ذكر استنتاج للبحث بعد المناقشه
■المصادر داخل المتن تكون بنظام فانكوفر اي نظام الارقام

■اما قائمة المصادر فتكتب طريقة فانكوفر كما في الشكل التالي

■يجب ان لايتجاوز عدد صفحات البحث 15 صفحة

اهم اهداف التجمع هو زيادة خبرة الباحثين في البحث عن المجلات واختيار المجلات والتقديم لها بانفسهم فهي من ابسط مهام الباحث وعدم الاعتماد في هذه الامور البديهية على المكاتب او الوسطاء المفترسين واللذين ينشرون بحوث الباحثين في مجلات وهمية ومفترسة بغرض النفع ،،،
