API is currently unstable due to server provider issues, once our provider fixes the issues subscription time will be compensated. If your sub runs out during this period please let me know and I'll add time.

Small update: Unfortunately it's still unstable, i've had people say the API is working perfect for them and others saying its not. Currently our server providers support team is responding every 24hours and can't comprehend simple english.

Hopefully will have this resolved soon.

Data is currently being migrated to a new server, HelloLookup will be operational within the week. If your sub ran out during this downtime please DM me, otherwise all subscriptions active will be given a free month. There will be an announcement once that happens.

Hello, services will be down for 24h (bot & api) as final migration to our new server is in progress. Once everything is migrated all subscription times will be compensated. This migration to the new server should fix all issues that have been occurring. Again I apologize for the downtime.

Hellolookup is now migrated to new server & provider, all users expired & non expired will be compensated for 2 months, this will be happening in waves. Do not DM me about compensation unless you don't receive within 24h.
