🎓Helios Staking Knowledge Base Update

As you know that in a few days (July 1st) we've planned to release our complete knowledge base. At this moment @cryptokev79 & @dalestar82 are about 80% complete. We are expecting a delay of a little more than a week with a new release date of July 9th.

Main reasons are as follows:

1. We are still waiting on some video graphics from our videographers.

2. The text to accompany the videos is still being written. We don't want to rush this and make a mistake in our guides.

3. Once we are complete we would like to go through all the tutorials ourselves internally and check it all with a fine tooth comb.

We hope that everyone understands the reasons for this delay and apologise for any inconvenience.

⚠️ Important: there is no airdrop, the test tokens are not worth anything.

1. Timeline?

Registration open, ends Sunday 12 September, 23:59 UTC.
Competition starts Tuesday 14 September and ends Tuesday 28 September.

We might do slight alterations to the timeline, depending on context. This is a test event, so anything can, and probably will, happen.

💡 1b. Can I still register?

YES! Registrations until Monday 13 September 23:59 UTC will be considered.

🤖 Android users: get Maiar v1.3.59 if you encounter "blank screen" error after scanning the QR code.

2. Registration?

• Go to https://battleofyields.com and click Join Now.

📺 How to Join video tutorial

• Login with your Maiar app (open app > tap the "elrond logo" button > tap WalletConnect > scan QR code > allow the connection)

ℹ️ Maiar Login is used as an identity -> you register with your @herotag.

• Input your Battle of Yields wallet address. You can participate in Battle of Yields with a wallet address that is different from your Maiar address.

ℹ️ Your Maiar wallet address is used by default, for convenience. You can use a different wallet address instead. You don't need to add this different wallet address into Maiar.

• Input your Telegram username, so we can solve your outstanding issues when you reach out to us. We will never DM you first, but we might @ you on the Maiar exchange channel.

3. Can I update my registration info?

Yes. Go to battleofyields.com, press Join Now, login with Maiar and press the Edit button. You can change your wallet address and telegram username. You can't change the herotag you registered with, but you can simply sign up with a new one.

4. How do I earn?

• $50k USD pool: Find security issues, bugs
• $25k USD pool: create useful tools and content
• $25k USD pool: have high yields

We might shift funds around, i.e. reward great tools from the security pool, if the security issues rewards amount to less than $50k, and the contribution pool is exceeded.

5. Rules?

Have fun, don't send/receive EGLD or tokens to/from yourself or other wallets, submit well documented and valid issues, useful tools, original content.

6. I enrolled, now what?

Wait for the official kickoff announcement on Tuesday 14 September. Make sure you follow the communications channels, and test the devnet version of the exchange.

7. KYC?

You don't need to KYC to participate, but you need to pass KYC to get your rewards. We will provide a guide about who should KYC and how, as we get info from the leaderboards and submissions.

8. Leaderboards?

A ranking for the participating wallets with the highest total USD value. It will be published as the event starts.

9. Which testnet?

We're preparing a new testnet for the event. Existing funds will not carry over, even if you use the same wallet. Yes, you can use the same wallet as you did for testing the devnet version. Yes, even the ones that don't work right now due to the indexing issue.

10. Tesnet xEGLD value?

Zero. These are test tokens. They are not listed on any exchange, and you can't sell them.
