Why do some people eat and not gain weight ⁉️

🟠people who don't seem to gain weight may have favorable biological factors, like a faster metabolism, more lean tissue or more muscle mass. Inherently they may be able to burn more calories

🧬Also Genes DNA thin people not only stay slim β€œby not having the obesity genes, but they also have different genes that protect them” from gaining weight, thinness, like obesity, is a heritable trait

Never stay hunger when you are on the Fatloss program, you will end up eating more in the next meal or you will make wrong choice of food (having processed food/ fried food etc) πŸ”πŸŸ
Staying hungry will also lead to reduced metabolism resulting into slower results. ⏳

Treat yourself lil bit once in a while to avoid getting deviated from meal plan. πŸͺ🍰
When we follow diet we tend to have 'All or Nothing Mindset' and this doesn't help us achieving our goals. As per all or nothing mindset, one will either do everything (following diet, doing workouts, drinking adequate amount of water etc) or will do nothing at all. πŸ”„πŸš«
Give your best every day. Some days are going to be great, some days won't be perfect and that's life. But it will certainly ensure you are having consistent results. πŸ’―πŸ“ˆ
