Strategy CEO Phong Le received 190,740 vested $MSTR shares on June 3, of which 93,700 shares were automatically sold to cover a mandatory $11.1M tax withholding obligation.
Debunking the rumours, the sale was pre-arranged nearly 2 years ago and was executed by Strategy and not by Phong Le at will.
In fact, after the vesting event, his total MSTR holdings jumped more than 423%, from 22,923 shares to 119,925 shares.
