"Agar Saturn Yerga Oychalik yaqin joylashganida qanday ko'rinar edi" Bir qarashda juda g'aroyib ko'rinadi. Lekin tug'ilganimizdan shunaqa shaklda ko'rganimizda odatiy holdek bo'lib qolar edi

Go'zal va yoqimli kun, parkda esa faqat siz, yolg'izsiz. Shu lahzada o'zingizga vaqt ajratib, sakrash va "ahmoqona" qo'shiq aytishga qaror qildingiz. Siz beg'ubor quvonchga berilib ketgansiz. To'satdan oldingizda skameykada o'tirgan bir odamni ko'rasiz. U…
Nikki and Tom met each other while backpacking around India. They were single travellers who became a couple. They had long, laughing nights together, and they enjoyed the intense union that comes only when travelling. But Tom lives in Canada, and Nikki lives in Ireland, and it's time to go home. They say goodbye, and they make promises that they both know they won't keep.
This is a story with pathos. It's that moment when you know a good thing will end. And in Japanese, this is known as 'mono no aware' Mono no aware is not really an emotion per se, but rather an aesthetic experience. Like its sister concept, wabi sabi, it's all about appreciating the transiency of life. When Nikki goes home on her flight, and Tom is left alone in a hostel, there is a kind of poignant beauty to that.
In years to come, when Tom reflects on those backpacking days, he will reflect in both happiness and sadness. He'll grow further and further away from that moment, and when he's 50 years old, married, and with children, he'll reflect on that time. It'll conjure a feeling of mono no aware, happiness flecked with pathos.
A wise person in my life once told me, after losing their closest friend of 50 years, that, 'Of course, I'm sad. I think about them every day, but I'm happy that I got to share the planet with them for so long.'
And that is, at least in my opinion, more beautiful than a million sunsets.

Ikki iqtisodchi yo'lda ketayotsa, biri yerda yotgan $100 ni ko'rib qolibdi va sherigiga:
- Qara, yerda $100 pul turibdi-mi? debdi
- "Yo'q, agar u rostan ham $100 bo'lganida yerda yotmagan bo'lar edi" deb aytibdi, ikkinchisi.

Pul topish vaqt talab qiladi, shunday ekan, biz harid qilayotganimizda aslida pulni emas, vaqtni sarflayotgan bo'lamiz. Hayot farovonligining haqiqiy qiymati dollar yoki sentlarda (so'mlarda) emas, balki tirikchilik uchun qancha soat va daqiqa ishlayotganimiz bilan o'lchanadi

Bir sartarosh bor. U o‘z ishiga juda jiddiy yondashadi va prinsiplariga ega
U o‘zining soqolini olmaydigan har bir kishining soqolini oladi. Lekin soqolini o'zi oladigan odamlarning soqolini olmaydi.
Savol shunday: sartarosh o‘zining soqolini oladimi?
1) agar u o‘zining soqolini olsa, ikkinchi prinsipga qarshi bo'ladi
2) agar olmaydigan bo‘lsa, birinchi prinsipga qarshi bo'ladi.
Demak, bunday sartarosh mavjud bo‘lishi mumkin emas.

Above all, do not lose your desire to walk: every day I walk myself into a state of well-being and walk away from every illness ; I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it.
Even if one were to walk for one's health and it were constantly one station ahead - I would still say: Walk! Besides, it is also apparent that in walking one constantly gets as close to well-being as possible, even if one does not quite reach it — but by sitting still, and the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill.
Health and salvation can be found only in motion. If anyone denies that motion exists, I do as Diogenes did, I walk. If anyone denies that health resides in motion, then I walk away from all morbid objections. Thus, if one just keeps on walking, everything will be all right.

So how do you fight false positives? Easy: if you can’t assume that results from one sample apply to the whole population, then test more samples. What the book calls replicability is key. The most relatable example? Think of a date. You meet someone great at a party — there’s chemistry, good vibes, everything clicks. But the next morning, you wonder: Was it really a connection… or just the cocktails talking? The only way to find out? See her again. Once, twice, maybe three times. Only then will you know if it was the real deal — or just a false positive. Good luck with your dates!

Ingliz tilida post qo'yib turishimni asosiy sababi haqida o'yladim. Yakuniy xulosa shu bo'ldi: boshqalar men ingliz tilini bilishimni bilishlarini xohlaganim uchun inglizcha nimadir tashlab turar ekanman.

- Why is it do you think people get married?
- Passion?
- No
- Why then?
- Because we need a witness to our lives. There is a billion people on the planet. I mean what does any one life really mean? But in a marriage you are promising to care about everything: the good things, the bad things, the terrible things, the mundane things. All of it, everyday. You are saying "your life will not get unnoticed because I will notice it. Your life will not get unwitnessed because I will be your witness"

People, these days, want to have a lot of witnesses to their lives, every part of the lives being shared

The first law of thermodynamics says that energy can neither be created nor destroyed — only converted to another form. What if the same is true for our pain?
When a child's sadness isn't seen, it doesn't simply disappear. It shape-shifts. It transforms into something else.

There are more good people in this world than bad. You may not think so, but it's true. The bad ones make a lot of noise and cause a lot of trouble, so they're the ones we see on the news and portrayed in books and films, but your average human being is a good human being. And that's a fact.
Although it's always important to be careful in life, from whom to trust to what time you walk home on your own, it's also important to remember this. Sure, the guy who saves you from drowning might be planning to shave your hair off and sell it as a wig but, more likely than not, he's simply trying to save your life. If most people were bad, nothing would ever get done. There would be no such thing as society. So be alert, yes. Be sensible, yes. But try not to be afraid. If you're afraid, you're letting the bad guys win.

If the appearance is more important than the soul, then why would the soul rise up to the sky after death and we bury the body in the ground?
