Now that @SecDef (to his credit) finally admitted the @DeptofDefense unlawfully forced our warriors to take an experimental drug — without even a hint of informed consent — are any of you preparing to build the cases that must be built? Damages, yes, but more importantly: justice for the Marines, soldiers, sailors, and airmen who were betrayed by their own chain of command?

I have a client for you.
My son.

He was 23, a young Marine Officer. A flight student. The textbook definition of a chiseled warrior: sober, disciplined, running marathons and ultramarathons, grinding through OCS, TBS, and securing a Marine Corps flight contract the right way — through blood, sweat, and sheer, unbreakable will. He trusted his commanders. He trusted the institution he swore to serve.

And they destroyed him.

Under threat of court-martial, imprisonment, isolation, loss of rank and MOS — with no real choice and no real informed consent — they coerced him into taking the Moderna shot. They called it a vaccine. They lied.

It broke him.
He went from elite fitness to barely making it around the block. From perfect cardiovascular health to clutching his chest in fear every night he’d die of a heart attack. From perfect vision to permanent, irreversible eye damage. And after all his sacrifices, after trusting that the Corps would never betray him — he lost his flight contract anyway. Not because he failed. Because they did.

He will never fly for his country — not because he fell short, but because they poisoned him and shattered him.

And he is not alone. Thousands of service members were injured. Some were killed. Yes — killed by the actions of their own commanders who hid behind lies, abandoned their oaths, and enforced unlawful orders without hesitation.

Now you have it — a party admission, straight from the mouth of the SecDef.
The door is kicked wide open.

Where are the litigators with the guts to bring the fight? Where are the warriors in suits, ready to make these criminals answer for what they did? Individual suits. Class actions. Mass torts. Civil rights violations. Military malpractice.

And don’t forget the military physicians and medics who also looked out warriors in the eye and said with a straight face that these experimental drugs were “safe and effective”.

This is the moment.
