In a shocking betrayal, California plans to release an Illegal Alien who killed Two American Teenagers, 7 years Early
• Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano, a twice-deported Mexican illegal alien, on July 19, 2025, just 3.5 years into a 10-year sentence for killing teens Anya Varfolomeev and Nikolay Osokin in a 2021 DUI crash in Seal Beach.
• The teenagers burned alive after Ortega-Anguiano, drunk, high, and speeding at 100 mph, crashed into their car on the 405 freeway.
• Despite his extensive criminal history, including felony convictions and prior deportations, the California Department of Corrections notified the victims’ outraged families of his early release, citing credits for rehabilitative programs.
• ICE has placed a detainer on Ortega-Anguiano, hoping to deport him, but the families fear he’ll illegally re-enter the U.S. again.
• DOJ Pam Bondi weighed in… “What about justice for these teens and their parents? The DOJ will work with ICE to make sure the illegal alien receives full punishment for his crimes.”

New US Attorney in Los Angeles, @billessayli, announces his office is charging this illegal alien with felony re-entry, and they will seek to imprison him federally for up to 20 years once CA releases him.
