How get ICOs regulated and what is the Howey-test?
- We have heard a lot about SEC-regulation and possible security-laws violations in the past months. The SEC traditionally uses the so-called "Howey-test" to determine if an asset is considered a security or not.

But what exactly is a security?
A security is any investment product that can be exchanged for value, involves risk and is tradeable. It represents an ownership position, a creditor relationship or rights to ownership as represented in an option, for example stocks and bonds.In contrast to tangible assets that you own, for example a car or a house.

But what exactly is the Howey-test?
The name originates from a Supreme Court decision in 1946: SEC v W.J. Howey Co.
Howey Co was offering service contracts for producing, harvesting and marketing orange crops in Lake County, Florida. Most of these contracts were sold to tourists who stayed at a hotel that was owned by Howey Co, which sold land and land + service contracts to interessted visitors.
Then the Supreme Court stepped in and asked if the purchase + the service contract created an "investment contract"?
The Supreme Court said yes and so the so-called Howey-test was born which is used to determine whether things that don't look like securites can in fact be deemed securities:

1. there is an investment of money
2. with an expectation of profit
3. this expectation of profits derives largely from the efforts of others

Are 20% per week enough for me?
Greed likes to take the wheel and relations are sometimes not very clear. Therefore, I would like to clarify the whole with a few example calculations. I am very sure that the ability to control greed is the secret of those who have made it while trading.

We start with 5000 € capital and 20% per week and invest over a period of 5 years.

100% 📈 5 years = 260 weeks 260 x 100% on an initial capital of 5000 euros
👉 289,113,349,671,2440.50 euros
🚀🚀🚀 so we would have 289 trillion euros after 5 years .... not Bad

50% 📈 5 years x50% on 5000 initial capital
👉 1,615,056,6580.18 euros
🚀🚀 Well, at least we still have 1.6 billion ... that's just how it works

What I want to clarify with this is the following
It does not matter if it's 10% or 50% a week. It comes in and really just to stick to it for a while.
Whoever can not master this patience and does not understand the connection may be wrong when trading.

There is always a clear connection between chance and risk !!!

In other words, if you want to earn a lot, you have to take great risks. If you take a lot of risks for a long time, you will fail.
The only way can therefore be to take small risk over a longer period of time.

How to interpret that?
Bitcoin dominance is on the rise. Market cap is falling. Alta are pumping hard. Sounds too messed up right?

Here is an explanation.
Bitcoin dominance on rise = Altcoins profits being cashed into bitcoin to secure gains.

Market cap on the fall = Cryptocurrencies being converted to fiat, inturn reducing the demand.

Altcoins pumping in a specific order

Big caps pumped first
Litecoin, Bitcoin cash and Ripple were the first to pump.

Next in line were the midcaps like Lunyr and GVT that made the move.

And as of now, microcaps and small caps like $HOT and $NPXS pumped hard.

This explains the market moves in cycles
